Greetings, and thank you for taking the time to read.

Stainless was formed as a place for people who love to raid. A handful of us are starting over after the guild we were in broke apart last week.

We were 5/7H prior to the split, but I suppose that is subject to change. Ideally we'll be able to surpass that without missing a stride.

The Basics:

Tues/Wed/Thurs 7-10pm Pacific

Comms: Ts3

Qualities we are looking for:

Stainless seeks mature, dedicated, team oriented players who simply love to raid, and pride themselves in being fairly good at it.

Self Improvement: Whether you're a first time raider or a vet, we want people who are constantly seeking ways to improve. Under performance is only a problem when you don't fix it.

Time commitment: Raiding is a team exercise. We are looking for folks who can commit to all of the raid times, barring the occasional emergency. Being on time for each raid is also necessary. Being respectful of your teammates' time is key.

Adaptability: Don't make the same mistake twice. Research not only fights and mechanics, but also your class & spec. Play the best spec/glyphs/talents as the situation calls.

Intelligence: Wow obviously isn't rocket science, but intelligent play goes back to self improvement. You recognize when you have problems and actively seek to correct them.

No Drama: This is a huge one. Both in and out of guild. If you're the type of person that likes to spit venom in trade, or !@#$% and whine about things constantly, you won't fit in here.

Love for the game: Raiding shouldn't just be something to pass the time. We are looking for people who geniunely love to raid.

Excellence: We want players who give their all, each and every pull, and don't stop until a wipe is called or a boss is dead. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Correct them. Move on.

Self-Sufficient: Working comms. Also, while we do our best to provide all of our raiders with consumables, we still maintain that you should show up every night with all of the consumables you will need. Also, buying BoE gear for problem gear slots, or slots that have poorly itemized BoP options is a huge turn on.

Synergy: We want team minded players. We want people who are relaxed, and will work together with everyone around them.

What to expect from us:

Reasonable Progression: While we won't compete for world firsts, we will be a respected guild on our server, and will strive to down content while it is current.

Composed, experienced leadership: I work as hard or harder than I expect everyone else to. While I am crass and cuss often, I keep my yelling to a minimum. I've been raid leading for something like 9 years now, and am always open to criticism and look for ways to improve.

Consumables: To the best of our abilities, Stainless will always strive to provide all of our members with consumables, enchants and repairs. This things may not always be available, but the guild bank is there for the team, not to benefit anybody financially.

A zero tolerance policy for piss poor play: Anyone who holds back progression, or doesn't perform on par with where they should be, will be removed from the progression team until such a time that play improves. This goes for me, and our officers as well. Respect of other people's time goes both ways.

No bench: We will not recruit players to ride the pine. Occasionally, you might be asked to step out for a fight if it's farm and you don't need the gear. Otherwise, if you're invited to the raid team, then you are part of the team.

Fair loot distribution: As we're building the team, we will run MS>OS as there are likely to be pugs to consider. Once our 20 man team is assembled and hammering away, we will switch to a modified DKP system.

A place to call home: Some of the best friends I have met in life, I have met gaming. I have flown all over the place in the past to meet and party with people I consider friends.

Our recruiting priority:

Death Knight: Blood (Full) Frost/Unholy (Low)

Druid: Resto (High) Balance/Feral (Low) Guardian (Full)

Hunter: Surv/MM/BM (Full)

Mage: Arcane/Fire/Frost (High)

Monk: BM (Full) WW (Low) MW (Med/High)

Paladin: Prot (Full) Holy (High) Ret (High)

Priest: Shadow (High) Holy/Disc (High)

Rogue: Assas/Combat/Sub (Full)

Shaman: Resto (High) Ele/Enh (High)

Warlock: Demo/Aff/Dest (High)

Warrior: Prot (Full) Fury/Glad/Arms (Med)

Hit me up. Xrealm with us. Like us? Transfer. At the end of the day, there are alot worse places to be than Proudmoore Alliance.

Btag: Irishninja#1647 to chat.

Classic WoW Guilds is a Discord server built for and by the community.

If you're a GM/Officer of your guild or you're a Player looking for a guild, Leadership of various guilds (now well over 20 guilds) have gotten together to form a new Discord server for recruitment and guild growth purposes. Still in it's infancy (240+ current members, 30+ members joining every day), we hope it will continue to grow and we welcome anyone to join in that effort.

Guild: Dawn of the Dead | http://www.dotd.org   Faction: Horde | Server: Zul'jin (PvE) | Timezone: EST   Current Progression: 4/8M Uldir   We've been raiding max size raids continuously since WoW has been released and are the only guild to have done so here on Zul'jin. We have strong leadership, no drama, and plans to keep raiding for years to come. Unlike many guilds, we're not recruiting for the short term, and we don't over-recruit.   Website: www.dotd.org
Raid Times: Our schedule is 8-11 EST Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.   Needs: We are a small guild, and we expect high attendance. As such, we recruit people to raid, and desire people who can step in and contribute immediately. We don’t recruit people to sit around, so all spots are for raiders who can expect to be in most every raid.   We are currently looking to add skilled and reliable:   Ranged DPS:
      High: Warlock
      Medium: Mage, S.Priest, Boomkin
      1 Healer:
      High: MW Monk
*ALL exceptional applicants will be considered regardless of the class.   What we ask of you:   Effort: Not all applicants come from highly progressed guilds, and that’s okay, but it does mean that you need to be prepared. We recruit the player, not the gear, but we do ask that you have some current experience and be a minimum iLvl of 370. You need to have the best gear available to you, (BoE, Crafted) with gems and top end enchants. You also need to be able to display an understanding of your class mechanics, role in a raid, and ability to learn new fights.   Attitude: It’s a game. We play for fun. How you fit in with the guild is taken very seriously. We’re a bunch of mostly 18-30 guys and girls who have fun playing together. While we have a good time, we also know when it’s time to buckle down and work hard.   Skill: The best way to determine skill is to see you in a raid. Because we don’t wish to have anyone transfer that we’re not serious about, be able to express your knowledge of your class and why you’re an exceptional player who would be an asset and is worth a shot. Gear will come with time. Skill will not. Impress us with your knowledge of your class and gameplay mechanics. Feel free to share any logs, theorycrafting, or other work you've done.   Commitment: We make a commitment to you, and ask you to do the same to us. A raid takes a team of more than 20 individuals working together. We rely on you to show up to raids, research your class and new fights, respect your fellow players, and notify us when you are unavailable. You rely on us for gear, experience, and coordination. It's a large investment of our time to train and gear new players, and we ask the same investment on your part so that we can each benefit.   We have a variety of informational resources available to prospective applicants on our web site: http://www.dotd.org-- please refer to our "Applications" forum for detailed information. Also feel free to visit us on WoWProgresss for more information and kill videos! http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/...wn+of+the+Dead   Should you wish to speak to someone in-game, please don't hesitate to reach out to an officer directly, whisper Xanah (Xana#1662) or Jeare (Jeare#1759).   We look forward to hearing from you soon!

      current progress 8/8 Heroic Uldir
Battle for Azeroth is here, and Fat Finger Dream Team is back and bigger than ever, eager to experience what the new expansion has in store for us.

      Who are we?
FFDT is a Horde guild located on Tarren Mill, consisting of around 20 players with different backgrounds in gaming. We enjoy a wide variety of in-game content, whether it be raids, mythic dungeons or PVP.
We’re a healthy mix of semi-competitive and chill people originating from all over Europe, age ranging from 22 to 34+. Many of us have played games together in the past, but we’re always looking for more people to strengthen our ranks, and would happily embrace you with our fat fingers.

      Goals & Schedule
After successfully creating a strong guild foundation back in Legion, we now strive to keep our community healthy while expanding it in order to be able to enjoy everything that the game has to offer.
Our initial goal in Battle for Azeroth is to clear Uldir on Heroic difficulty while preparing a Mythic raiding team at the same time.
Our raiding schedule is as follows: 2 times per week, on Thursdays from 7 pm to 10 pm and on Sundays from 6 pm to 9 pm Paris time.

      What we want from you
Good attitude - Be nice, be cool and cut down on your salt consumption. We prefer good attitude over numbers such as ilvls, achievements and scores. Communication - Be on Discord with us. Trust me, it makes raiding so much more enjoyable when you get to meet new people, of course without forgetting about some healthy shit talking! Attendance - Be able to attend at least once a week, preferably twice. Preparation for the raids - During progress runs it is expected that everyone has read guides and shows up with proper buffs. For hard content it is also advised to have studied class-specific guides. We are currently looking for flexible people with good game knowledge (both PvE and PvP) and mainly the following classes:
Druid (balance) Shaman (all specs) Death Knight (frost, unholy) Warlock (affliction) Monk (windwalker)
      tl;dr
      Join us

It would be awesome to have you onboard, so please don’t hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you might have!
      yours truly,
