Following the completion of several Teyvat-style theme parks on the 712th planet, operators began organizing a global 'Super Tour' to bridge the journeys between the various parks. In search of a villain for the tour, Octavia's mind went straight to the Abyss Mages — creatures she had disliked since her first days in Teyvat. Back then, Octavia had mistaken a wondering Abyss Mage for a wild animal and offered it a feast, only to be met with a dual response of searing flames and biting frost.
In fact, during the scriptwriting for the tour, Octavia insisted as the aesthetic consultant that the 'Wicked Warlock' be played as textbook villains. All She wanted was to make it crystal clear: Don't ever underestimate an Abyss Mage.
