Introduction to the Heat Element
In Arknights: Endfield, each Operator is aligned with a specific Element. These Elements all have unique capabilities and utilities. This page will provide a quick overview over the Heat Element, the Operators using it, and its distinct features. The Heat Element in Arknights: Endfield embodies the essence of fire. Some enemies will be particularly resistant to Heat damage, while others might be weak to it and take increased damage. Operators with the Heat Element will deal additional Heat damage, incinerating enemies over time, and swiftly clear large groups.

Heat Arts Reaction
Arts Reactions are special effects caused by applying Inflictions on enemies by dealing elemental damage. When applying multiple Inflictions of the same type, you will only generate a burst of damage of the respective element. Triggering Inflictions of different elements will cause Arts Reactions instead.
The Arts reaction for Heat is called Combustion. In order to trigger Combustion, you will first have to apply either a Cryo, Nature, or Electric Infliction, and then trigger a Heat Infliction after. This will cause the enemy to Combust, dealing heavy Heat damage over time.
