Hello! My priest https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/character/argent-dawn/lilein has amassed quite the collection of trinkets and I am not sure which ones to pick.

Which ones are best? I usually look at the guides for this kind of thing but strangely the spriest guide lacks trinket recommendations. :(
A small disclaimer first, I'm a BDK main in a pretty casual "heroic aimed" guild, basically we aim to get Ahead of the Curve HC and than relax, but I like to keep myself up to standard as much as possible, without doing the insane requirements some mythic guilds demand.
So we've been raiding TOS a few times now, and I would like a second or third opinion on trinkets so far? Is it just me, or are the defensive trinkets pretty bad in the raids this patch? Also maybe I'm underrating some of the other trinkets?
Currently I'm using a Str/Haste stat stick with a socket ilvl880 [will only replace with a higher ilvl haste stat stick] and I recently picked up a dps vers trinket ilvl925 which I'm testing out. I'm using these mainly due to not having any issues surviving fights (still not at Kil'Jaden HC, will probably use a defensive trinket at that point for the felclaws).
Some of my other trinkets which I've tried but seem to be under-performing are:
a 915 feverish carapace an 885 animated exoskeleton a 890 spiked counterweight a 885 memento of angerboda with leech an 880 entwined elemental foci good ole 865 unstable arcanocrystal I try to keep my unbuffed gear around the 35% haste, 25%mastery, 20% parry and then dump everything in versatility. So at this point, I'm using mostly haste/verst gear with the obvious exception of Legendaries (Shoulders and Waist) and 4 set tier.

So I was wondering if there's something like a top 10 list for SP trinkets because I'm switching trinkets like crazy and I don't recognize any difference at all. Switching between WitD/Haste-Stat and Haste-stat/Mastery-stat at the moment.
Now the next question is if we're using AS or SL and what stats to prioritize with them? Some of the top dps SP are using weird setups and confuse me. They all favor haste of course but some play with a crit heavy build and SL and some are playing with a mastery heavy build and AS. I don't get that tbh.
At least that's what their logs and their armory are saying.
I started running HC Nighthold resently, and my damage is sub par. Also was in NHC. I just can't figure out completely why.
A small thing I do know, sometimes movement is a bit too tricky for me. Losing stacks because of that makes me want to slam my head on the table.
I use, if I remember right, the "rotation" as given on icy-veins.

Another thing is, sometimes I don't relize a button press of my didn't register and I use the same skill twice.... Is there an add on that prevents me from doing so? I also keep forgeting that activation SEF/Elixir isnt considered an offensive move on its own.
But even if I don't mess up movement and combo stacks, My dps in raids sucks. Dummies in Orderhall avg 518k. HC NH AVG on bosses 398k :| Simcraft tells me I SHOULD be able to do 648k
I am espacially having Problems with that god forsaken #&%?$ Botanist I don't know if we allready did in with those logs, afer 4 hours of wiping yesterday I didn't feel like uploading them.
My problems with Botanist, especially if the tanks decide to kite him every time the black soup comes on the ground, and when I am fixated by one of the adds:
Rolling out of harms way, trying not to land in the sunburst thing, looking if tank went the way I would have moved to the called location, Lighting to keep the stacks up, roll/tigers lust in, want to resume clobbering that flower sniffer, tank 2 spots of tank 1 and it runs out of melee range and is being "kited" out of sunburst, oh good Chi Burst ist open Phase 1) Well OK, I healed some, but Tank 2 voked again and it ran out of my cast; Phase 2) either as in P1 or BOOOM an orb spawned right into it.
tl;dr version with Questions:
Unable to keep right distance to targeted mob due tank kiting, how to change this movement problem on my part
Keeping the god damn mob in fron of me, without hitting mobs I should not.
Staying away from Plants without losing stacks
I know gear values are fluid etc, but I'm having a hard time getting my head around this one;
Short form: Simcraft is showing an 880 Urn and 885 Arcanogolem as being substantially (as in 50k+) better than an 880 Convergence and 880 Frond. I get the Frond being hard to sim reliably, but that just can't be right, Anyone else had issues with simming CoF?
