VinsX 33 Report post Posted November 3, 2017 Why are they keeping adding effects and mechanics that summons minions but doesn't trigger Battlecry, while at the same time, more Battlecry minions with worse and worse stats? Almost feel like they are trolling the players. And yet the equivalent effects are done much better in Yu-gi-oh and MTG long before HS.
SithLordOfSnark 78 Report post Posted November 6, 2017 I am excited for this expansion. The second time ever being excited enough to preorder.

If you dont wanna waste your battlecry with those effects and mechanics, build your deck around deathrattle minions. By the way, battlecry is the most powerful effect in the game because there is nothing that your opponent can do about it, while deathrattle minions can be silenced, stolen etc. then you can understand why they receive less stats than other minions, their jobs are done at the moment they hit the board.
Guest Devision Report post Posted November 24, 2017 There's just a little misspelling, it currently says "Rin, the First Discipline" not Disciple.
zaocdi 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2017 (edited) 4. Dungeon Run Dungeon runs are a new game mode in which, you will start with a small deck of your choice and battle through 8 increasingly encounters (out of 48 possible). I think you mean to say increasingly 'difficult' encounters. Also, love the coverage great job, this expansion will be awesome! Caldyrvan 377 Report post Posted December 3, 2017 (edited) We are getting closer to the release and I'm still not sure to pre-purchase or not. Maybe some of you who are like me with HS have a suggestion. I am ok with spending a bit money here and there for a game I enjoy but I wouldn't sell my house and mother for it :D and I don't want to waste money or regret spending it. I am interested in other players' opinion too but if you are a consequent F2P player or someone who doesn't care about money at all your opinion might not matter that much ;). Xou might still have an objective opinion though. As I see it K&C has definitely a few nice cards but also a lot of hard rubbish, too. Of course we (I) may underestimate some cards, that happens with every new expansion, I guess, but currently it feels like I can get the cards I want from the free packs granted and crafting the rest. But then is this, I don't want to regret not getting the pre-purchase :D So how are you doing it? Do you pre-purchse (or already did) and hoping it will be (was) a good choice? or are you confident about K&C and say it's worth to pre-purchase? or are you still undecided like me? :D or would you suggest to save my money? Would be nice if you include your average pay behavior ("I'm F2P" or "I just buy a lot and everything" or something that's in between those two) in your answer. Thanks. :) Edited December 3, 2017 by Caldyrvan
Guest Report post Posted December 4, 2017 I am F2P, the only thing I bought was the welcome-package for 5 Euro. Personally, I'd never spent around 1 euro / 1 pack. Way too expensvive IMO. Nevertheless I can't say what you should do - personally I will never spent this much for a pack. But on the other hand I don't get that much dust and I'll never be able to have 3 or 4 different Tier 1/2 decks. If it is more important to you to have several decks then buying now seems way more sensible then paying even more later.
FanOfValeera 253 Report post Posted December 4, 2017 I was planning to pre-purchase at the beginning, but then as cards are revealed, I gave up, because most of the cards suck so badly and the good ones are from the classes I will not play anyways, like priest. There was a point where I was thinking of preordering to be honest, after seeing new warlock and rogue cards (also a big collection never hurts) but then, I've looked at the cards and realized that, I want like 10 of the new cards so far and I will open 30 packs anyways. I also have enough dust to craft 2 legendaries. If things do not end up as anticipated, I can always buy packs later. Just so you know, I only bought 3×15 packs for KFT and I am missing 35 cards(out of 247) All in all, you should wait for todays reveals, then decide whether to preorder or not but I don't think K&C is good enough to gamble on playability of cards.

I will definitely do that. Thank you both for your suggestions, maybe I will end up flipping a coin if I can't decide :D Edited December 4, 2017 by Caldyrvan
