Goblin Hovercraft Mounts in Battle for Azeroth

We found four different tints of Goblin Hovercraft mounts in the game files so far. At least one of them (Xiwyllag ATVXiwyllag ATV) will be crafted by Engineers. All tints may eventually be available from Engineering, similar to Jewelcrafting mounts in Mists of Pandaria.

UPDATE: This mount is probably intended for the final boss of THE MOTHERLODE dungeon.

Another cool mount we found is called PH Goblin Head. It has a built-in drill and a machine gun. It's similar to Mimiron's HeadMimiron's Head, but way cooler! We have no idea if it's going to be available to players, but at the moment, it's listed under mounts.

Holy fucking shit. Now I can finally get something that looks remotely similar to Mimiron's Head since motherbitch Yogg Saron refused to give to me all these years. Unless they make the requirement even harder.

...Engineers.  Again.

They virtually get every useful and unique item in this game.

Youre not serious right? Tailoring: flying carpet, BS: green corehound, JC: Jewled panther mounts (4 in total), alchemist: ALL THE POTIONS just all of them...

Long story short eng got shafted for most of this expansion, nearly no ways to make a stable income, almost all the use items didnt even work in the only raid they were tuned for, basically still brought for only the repair bots, and even then most of the raid you can just mount up. Sorry they get to make a new mount, i guess.

Oh I'm quite serious. Mounts are mounts. Even your example from tailoring was all the way back to Wrath, unless you actually USE creeping carpet.  It's not 'just repairs.'  Read more for 'useful and unique.'  "engineers got shafted."

Remind me again what a BS brings to the table in a raid?

Engineering 'shafted' repeatedly via:

Reaves, Auto hammer, Failure detection pylon, Jeeves, Wormhole Generator, Mailbox, Goblin Jumper Cables, Food dispenser table...

Older patterns all the way back to Major Recombobulator and Deepdive Helmet...

if u want to pull in the old patterns im still going to go with the fact eng got shafted this exp. Useful and unique alchemy still wins, eng got ANOTHER (trying to drive this non-unique thing here) repair bot. failure pylon is the only raid useful thing currently on the table but wont be used much anywhere else and is unreliable due to the placement requirements, where as the food table isnt used bc almost everything out there is better AND isnt on a CD AND is cheaper to make (see fish plate).

BS got a new mount this xpac and eng got what? a robot that again didnt work for the first part of the expansion, lets not even talk about how your couldnt even complete the robot for the first 4 months because of ridiculous farming requirements. The most unique thing eng got this round was the blingtron game, and we got a similar game with JC bejewled.

Long store short, your original post about eng getting everything is just wrong. Nearly every other prof has a stable way to generate income while also being able to add to your characters daily use (usefulness right here). BS and LW are the only competitors this exp for longevity as the crafted gear just falls off too quick.

I wont deny eng got some "cool" stuff this expac like the bandage gun or the buoy but really, theyre not used, at all. Theyre all gimics because they couldnt think of anything useful to give eng, And I really wish the turret was worth it but again, its just not worth the time or resources. Sadly they also restrict the mech usage to outdoors and gave it such pitiful numbers it wasnt worth more than a quick laugh never to be used again.

As opposed to what Enchanting ALWAYS gets, enchants, and Alchys ALWAYS get, flasks....  Missing your point there.  Reaves isnt JUST a repair bot, it has like 8 different functions.  "I dont like those functions" not withstanding, they're still there.

aaaaand back to mounts.  How are they 'useful and unique' in ANY environment, unless its a repair mount?  You can get around just as good on a Stormwind Gryphon or an Ellwyn Pony as Invincible or some crafted mount.

That's still not explaining what professions like BS bring to a raid - meaning 'useful.'  Or even unique since it brings literally zero, whether you " like it" or not.

No.  See above.  Your desire to use it doesn't mean it's not available.

Theeeere is the crux.  Youre not talking USEFUL or unique, just sales now.  Eng doesn't get a lot of sellable stuff?  Nuts!  They were selling goblin gliders last xpac like they were going out of style.  'shucks'.  EVEN THAT IS/WAS USEFUL AND UNIQUE.

Also what does selling have to do with your daily use of your character?  Unless you go AH every day (I never do,) your re-saleable items are a moot point.  Does that mean I get to discount your arugment because I dont find selling stuff to be 'useful or unique?'

'useful' again...  Many of its perks are useful, whether you want to or not is immaterial.  You think they'd make all the mats cheaper for (and buffs as good or better than the rest for) eng also, since you could pick one profession and eliminate many others?  No.  It'd eliminate numerous professions.

Eng does a great many things marginally well, and has a little bit of utility for MANY things.  Your desire to use it is immaterial, it's still there.

UNIQUE, for sure.  Useful is debateable, but I can tell you this, the mats 'costing more' are a far sight better than the mailbox I can't make with tailoring, or the Goblin Glider I can't make with Enchanting, or the food table I can't make with Leatherworking, or the reparibot I can't make with JC...

Wondering if it being a hovercraft will it be able to go over water like the waterstrider. If so will might sell pretty nice to people that dont have a strider moun't and dont want to grind the rep for one.

The third week of Season 2 has come and gone, and we have the blue team remain at the top, including Fire, which doesn't seem to be going anywhere and just can't be taken down in Mythic+! The very high-end keys are still rarely visited, but +15s seem pretty stable and offering some good stats.
Note: The logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
This past week was Tyrannical, Spiteful, Necrotic (and Tormented).

      All Keys
Arcane and Fire retain their dominance from last week, but we do see the yellow fellows reclaim some of their glory as Subtlety climbs up past both Outlaw and Windwalker into that No.3 spot. Affliction is the biggest mover this week as it moves into the top 10 along with Fury, with Havoc dropping a little to compensate. The bottom looks about the same, but we do see Survival pull out towards the middle of the pack.

Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
The all percentiles chart has caught up to this and last week's higher one, with Arcane sitting at the top, but Fire actually dropped down a few spots there, as Frost swapped places with it. Balance rises here as well, with Shadow falling a little. Frost DKs also seem to have had a bad week, moving towards the bottom, just barely missing out on the final 3.

Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
      High Keys
The Rogues are doing well  everywhere, as the +15s are full of them, with Havoc joining in the top 5 after several weeks of high-end performance in the high keys. Fury seems to have taken offense at Arms coming up and being competitive in M+ (not to mention in raids), so it's taken its top Warrior spot back, but just barely. Two Mages, a rising Marksmanship and a soaring Balance coming out from the very bottom round out the top 10.

Mythic+15 All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
The +20ies are still not seeing much representation, with some specs getting as little as 16 parses in, so we'll be skipping them again, but you can still find them here: Mythic+20 All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides or our extensive Mythic+ guides as well, which have tier lists, dungeon rankings and more.

Here's a very interesting set of data, as Velinian took a look at when exactly each of the specs was present at ANY boss World First kill. Now this certainly isn't intended as an assessment of a spec's actual quality, but is an interesting and fun piece of trivia nonetheless (although perhaps not as "fun" for Survival Hunters).
So, most specs do have relatively recent kills, going back a year or two, with the exception of Guardian and Feral Druids, who haven't had the treat of a WF kill in around 4 and 5 years, respectively. And then there's Survival...

That's right, Survival hasn't been in a World first kill since Blackhand, back when it was still a ranged class - 6 and a half years ago. The list would probably look even more limited if we were to take a look at only endboss World First kills, so we might take a look at that in the near future as well.

World of Warcraft players have organized a massive virtual protest in Oribos across multiple servers to support the Activision Blizzard walkout, protesting against the recent harassment allegations and lawsuit.
Players have been logging out en-masse on live servers to support Activision Blizzard employees that participate in today's walkout protest. Here's how it looked in-game on some servers. Note that some of the posts have been edited and you must visit Reddit to view them.

If you have spare Anima, seek out Anima Exchange Specialist To'kul, a new NPC in Oribos that lets you exchange Anima for various goods.
To'kul sells the following items for Reservoir Anima:
Korthite Crystal Geode -- contains 5 Korthite Crystal and costs 25,000 Reservoir Anima. Shipment of Heavy Callous Hide -- contains 20 Heavy Callous Hide and costs 7,500 Reservoir Anima. Shipment of Elethium Ore -- contains 20 Elethium Ore and costs 7,500 Reservoir Anima. Shipment of Lightless Silk -- contains 20 Lightless Silk and costs 7,500 Reservoir Anima. This NPC must have been added to the game recently. Screenshot courtesy of absolis.

The World Quest for Fathom Dweller is currently available on US servers. Check out how to summon Kosumoth the Hungering and get the mount!
Here's how the mount looks like in the game.

First, you must unlock the quest for it to become visible on the map. Below, we posted all the steps that you need to complete to unlock the quest for the mount.
First, download a WoW Addon that shows you coordinates to figure out where you are and where you need to be. Something like MapCoords or TomTom will do. Head to Broken Shore 37/71 and talk to Drak'thul. Head to 57/52 and enter the Musty Cave. Click on the Mound of Dirt that is hard to notice. You will receive Weathered Relic. Return to 37/71 and talk to Drak'thul again and go through all his dialog options. Now comes the more difficult part. You must click on 10 Hungering Orbs in the exact order. If another player clicks on them, it takes approximately 20 minutes for them to become clickable again, so they have a cooldown. Here are coords for all the Hungering Orbs: Azsuna: 37/37: The first orb is located in a secret cave behind the tree. Stormheim: 33/75: The second orb is located in a cave where Kangaxx is. Val'sharah 41/80 Find another secret cave located inside a tree. The third orb is guarded by an Elemental.  Broken Shore 31/76: You will find an underwater cave that hides the fourth orb. Azsuna 59/12: Behind the crystals is yet another secret cave. The fifth orb is located on the ground next to a broken table. Stormheim 67/14: Near the underwater shark is a crevice that leads to a cave that contains the sixth orb. Try to avoid the steams, as they deal high damage. This orb may be the most difficult for you to get. Highmountain 52/36: Enter the Haglands and follow the path to your right. Above halfway down (55/36), you want to jump down to a ledge with a cave. Do not enter the first cave since it's a decoy. Instead, turn right and head to the actual cave to find the seventh orb. Azsuna 54/26: Under the bushes near a tree is another secret cave. The eighth orb is somewhat hidden, too, located in a bush near a pillar inside the cave. Broken Isles World Map 50/91: Find underwater wreckage to get through a secret cave. This one is hard to explain, so we advise you to check out MadSeasonShow's video (timestamp). You will find the ninth orb to your right. Broken Shore 37/71: Head back to Drak'thul and click the final orb on the table behind him. After you click it, the DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering World Quest spawns at 46/49 on the Broken Isles World Map. Kill Kosumoth to receive Fathom Dweller. Note that you have a chance to get the Hungering Claw instead of the mount. It just so happens that the reward is the mount right now. Check out the video guide by MadSeasonShow for more details!
