Guest SybalsChild Report post Posted November 12, 2019 this shield also pacifies enemies it hits, or has a chance too. the higher your terror level is the higher the effectiveness (example: megamind can be pacified at max terror) pacification removes the enemy from the fight, makes them an untargetable "friendly" npc.
