It will be easier to acquire Nazjatar Essences in Patch 8.3 on alts. Blizzard added new Bind to Account reputation tokens which increase your rep gain with the Nazjatar factions by 250 up to Exalted.

Mechagon already comes with a reputation-increasing item in the form of Rustbolt Resistance Insignia and instead of making Essences account-wide, Blizzard decided to implement new reputation tokens purchasable from the Nazjatar faction quartermasters. They cost 20 Prismatic Manapearls and increase your reputation with the factions by 250 each. You can buy them if you're main has reached Revered with the respective Nazjatar reputation.

• Waveswept Abyssal Conch can be purchased from Speaker Utia for 20 Prismatic Manapearls and increases your reputation with Waveblade Ankoan by 250 up to Exalted.
• Waveswept Abyssal Conch can be purchased from Atolia Seapearl for 20 Prismatic Manapearls and increases your reputation with the Unshackled by 250 up to Exalted.

Additionally, Blizzard reduced reputation requirements from 8.2 vendor-sold Essences and you can find more details here.

Unshackled don't sell every essence though? So how does this solve anything??? It's like saying instead of adding account bound essences, blizzard added a new mount. How do they have any connection??? Horrible, blizzard. Horrible. You know what people want.

Legends say, that getting paragonchests not just from one character increases the chance to get the mount of the paragonchest earlier.

1) (on Exalted characters) Paragon Chests for mounts and rank 4 essences.

2) (on alts) Unlocking the reputation essence quicker.

Thats true and i tried to be a bit sarcastic ? 

 

I remember when Blizzard said they wanted to implement an increasing chance for the chests, that you get the special rewards, like toys, mounts and so on. I think they didnt do that and i had allready tons of paragonchests imo. Still missing a toy from the Tortollans and still Nazjatar mount (At least i got the Rank 4 essences from Mechagon Paragonchest and Nazjatar)
