PvP Vendors Sell Soulbind Conduits and Legendary Power Recipes in Shadowlands

PvP vendors have been updated on Shadowlands Beta, and they are now selling Soulbind Conduits and Legendary Power recipes in addition to gear. Check out all the powers and Conduits you can unlock for your class by doing PvP content!

Legendary Power Recipes

Legendary Power recipes will have multiple sources in Shadowlands, and you will be able to obtain the same ones that are currently on the PvP Vendor from various sources. The recipes now cost 1,500 Honor Points each. Prices are subject to change at any time throughout testing! Here is a rundown of all the recipes that are currently available.

Soulbind Conduits

You can buy the following Soulbind Conduits from PvP vendors. Prices aren't in yet. Note that there are 15 ranks of Conduits as they scale with item level.

Death Knight

  • Spirit DrainSpirit Drain - Successfully interrupting an enemy with Mind Freeze grants 10 Runic Power.
  • Meat ShieldMeat Shield - Increases the duration of Dancing Rune Weapon by 3 sec and while active, your parries increase your maximum health by 1.0%, stacking up to 2 times for 15 sec.
  • Accelerated ColdAccelerated Cold - Empower Rune Weapon recharges 5% faster and the Haste amount is increased by 10.0%.
  • Embrace DeathEmbrace Death - Sudden Doom increases the damage of your next Death Coil by 40.0%.

Demon Hunter

  • Demon's TouchDemon's Touch - Demon's Bite increases the damage of other abilities by 5%.
  • Demon MuzzleDemon Muzzle - Sigil of Silence reduces magic damage done to you by 5% when it ends.

Druid

  • Druid Finesse 4Druid Finesse 4 - The cooldown of Mighty Bash, Mass Entanglement, and Heart of the Wild are reduced by 10.0%.
  • Druid Potency Balance 3Druid Potency Balance 3 - Moonfire increases your Arcane damage to the target, and Sunfire increases your Nature damage to the target, by 3.0%.
  • Druid Potency Feral 1Druid Potency Feral 1 - Ferocious Bite deals 3.0% increased damage for each of your Bleeds on the target.
  • Druid Potency Guardian 2Druid Potency Guardian 2 - Mangle increases the damage of your next Maul by 10.0%, stacking up to 3.
  • Druid Potency Resto 4Druid Potency Resto 4 - Nature's Swiftness's cooldown is reduced by 10.0%.

Hunter

  • Reversal of FortuneReversal of Fortune - Successfully interrupting an enemy with Counter Shot  (Beast Mastery) or Muzzle (Survival) grants 1 Focus.
  • One With the BeastOne With the Beast - Bestial Wrath increases all damage you and your pet deal by 1.0%.
  • Powerful PrecisionPowerful Precision - Precise Shots increases the damage of your next Arcane Shot or Multi-Shot by an additional 5.0%.
  • Stinging StrikeStinging Strike - Raptor Strike / Mongoose Bite damage increased by 14.0%.

Mage

  • Grounding SurgeGrounding Surge - Successfully interrupting an enemy with Counterspell reduces its cooldown by 1.0 sec.
  • Nether PrecisionNether Precision - Consuming Clearcasting increases the damage of your next 2 Arcane Blasts by 10%.
  • Controlled DestructionControlled Destruction - Pyroblast damage increased by 5.0%.
  • Ice BiteIce Bite - Increases the damage of Ice Lance against frozen enemies by 10%.

Monk

  • Harm DenialHarm Denial - Expel Harm's healing is increased by 20.0%.
  • Scalding BrewScalding Brew - Keg Smash deals an additional 20.0% damage to targets affected by Breath of Fire.
  • Nourishing ChiNourishing Chi - Life Cocoon increases healing over time received by an additional 15.0%, and this bonus lingers for an additional 6 sec after the shield is broken.
  • Coordinated OffensiveCoordinated Offensive - When Storm, Earth, and Fire spirits fixate on the same target, they deal 10.0% additional damage. Serenity's damage bonus increased by 10%.

Paladin

  • Echoing BlessingsEchoing Blessings - After it ends, Blessing of Freedom increases the target's movement speed by 15.0% for 8 sec. After Blessing of Protection or Blessing of Sacrifice ends, the target takes 15.0% less damage for 8 sec.
  • Focused LightFocused Light - Holy Shock's chance to critically strike is increased by 15%
  • Vengeful ShockVengeful Shock - Avenger's Shield causes your target to take 15.0% more Holy damage for 5 sec.
  • Truth's WakeTruth's Wake - Wake of Ashes burns the target for an additional 10.0% damage over 6 sec.

Priest

  • Clear MindClear Mind - Dispel Magic, Purify, and Mass Dispel cost 20.0% less mana.
  • Pain TransformationPain Transformation - Pain Suppression also heals your target for 10.0% of their maximum health.
  • Resonant WordsResonant Words - Casting a Holy Word spell increases the healing of your next Heal or Flash Heal by 10.0%.
  • Dissonant EchoesDissonant Echoes - Void Bolt has a 5.0% chance to reset the cooldown on Void Bolt.

Rogue

  • Rushed SetupRushed Setup - Energy cost of Kidney Shot, Cheap Shot, Sap, and Distract reduced by 10%.
  • Lethal PoisonsLethal Poisons - Increases the non-periodic damage of your lethal poisons by 25%.
  • Triple ThreatTriple Threat - Sinister Strike has a 25% chance to strike with both weapons after it strikes an additional time.
  • Perforated VeinsPerforated Veins - Shadowstrike increases the damage of your next Backstab by 30%, stacking up to 3 times.

Shaman

  • Totemic SurgeTotemic Surge - The cooldowns of Tremor Totem, Earthbind Totem, and Capacitor Totem are reduced by 1 sec.
  • Call of FlameCall of Flame - Fire Elemental / Storm Elemental lasts 15% longer.
  • Magma FistMagma Fist - Lava Lash has an additional 25% critical strike chance against enemies affected by your Flame Shock.
  • Embrace of EarthEmbrace of Earth - Earth Shield increases your healing done to the target by an additional 5.0%.

Warlock

  • Focused MalignancyFocused Malignancy - Malefic Rapture deals 30% increased damage to targets suffering from Unstable Affliction.
  • Resolute BarrierResolute Barrier - Attacks received that deal at least 5% of your health decrease Unending Resolve's cooldown by 10 seconds. Cannot occur more than once every 30 sec.
  • Borne of BloodBorne of Blood - Hand of Gul'dan has a 15% chance to generate a charge of Demonic Core.
  • Combusting EngineCombusting Engine - Conflagrate increases your remaining Immolate damage by 15% until Immolate expires or is refreshed.

Warrior

  • Stalwart GuardianStalwart Guardian - The cooldown of Die by the Sword (Arms), Enraged Regeneration (Fury) or Shield Wall (Protection) is reduced by 40 seconds.
  • Crash the RampartsCrash the Ramparts - Overpower has a 6.0% chance to apply Colossus Smash for 3 sec.
  • Depths of InsanityDepths of Insanity - Recklessness lasts 20% longer.
  • Show of ForceShow of Force - Revenge increases the damage of your next Thunder Clap by 20%.

      The latest round of Rogue class changes revolves around the overhaul of their Venthyr Covenant Ability.
      Rogue
      Rogues now have a new Venthyr Covenant Ability called Flagellation in place of Slaughter.
      Flagellation - Lash the target with Anima 3 times, each dealing [ 68% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage, condemning them for 60 sec. Each combo point you spend causes an additional lash. Once the target has been lashed 20 times, reactivating Flagellation will increase your Mastery by 15% for 60 sec. Slaughter - Slaughter the target, dealing [ 95.47% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. The target's anima mixes with your lethal poison, replacing it with a more powerful lethal poison for the next 5 minutes. Slaughter Poison deals Shadow damage over 12 sec. and steals 15% of healing done to the target. Awards 2 combo points.

      A round-up of the latest Priest changes from the Shadowlands Beta. Some have not made it live yet.
      Priest
      The following Priest changes were announced but have not been released on the Beta yet. We assume they will be implemented in an upcoming Shadfowlands Beta build.
      Shadow
      Subsequent Devouring Plagues will cause its damage over time effect to add into the existing DoT, and the functionality is similar to Mage's Ignite mechanic. Legacy of the Void (Level 100 Talent) will be replaced with Hungering Void. The new talent should be ideal in situations where the Priests attacks a single target. Void Torrent (Level 90 Talent) will be changed to apply Devouring Plague when cast, instead of refreshing the existing Devouring Plague duration on the target. The following changes went live on the Shadowlands Beta in Build 35978.
      Discipline
      Clarity of Mind (Legendary Power) Normal: During Rapture, Power Word: Shield costs 20% less Mana and applies 6-second longer Atonements. Spirit Shell: During Spirit Shell, Power Word: Radiance costs 20% less mana, and applies 4 second longer Atonements. Spirit Shell (Level 100 Talent) - For 10 sec, Penance, Power Word: Radiance, and Atonement create absorb shields for 100% of their value, instead of healing. Shadow
      Death and Madness (Level 15 Talent) - If a target dies within 6 7 sec after being struck by your Shadow Word: Death, you gain 4 insanity 40 Insanity over 4 sec and the cooldown of your Shadow Word: Death is reset. Surrender to Madness (Level 100 Talent) - You instantly cast Void Eruption on the target, dealing Deals [ 190% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to the target and activating activates Voidform.

Wildcard Gaming and M2KC have taken home $50,000 each and a whole lot of prestige, and some awesome-looking medals! so big congratulations to them!       The best PvP teams from around the world competed in a grueling season of head-to-head arena action, but in the end only one team from each region could claim the championship.
      Congratulations Wildcard Gaming and M2KC who battled their way through fierce competition to rise as the Arena World Championship (AWC) Battle for Azeroth Regional Champions!
      These teams have managed to ford their way through all comers despite a year marked by a global pandemic and a move to a fully online competition. They’ve competed in a circuit against the best PvP teams from around the world through a series of four cups with each team ending the Battle for Azeroth season with winnings of $50,000 (USD), AWC Championship trophies, and securing their spot in the Hall of Fame.
      EU Champions - Wildcard Gaming
      After a grueling season, Wildcard Gaming faced off against XSET on Saturday night. In an intense battle, featuring an incredibly quick final map win, Wildcard Gaming triumphed 4-1 to secure the title of European Champions.

      NA Champions - M2KC
      The North American final proved even more ferocious, as M2KC dominated Charlotte Phoenix in the final match to secure a 4-1 final victory and the NA Championship.

      “Even after 13 years, you never know what to expect from the Arena World Championship,” said David Hollings, Product Lead for Arena World Championship. “Every single team really stepped up their game entering the fir ever AWC Circuit. This year has been incredibly difficult for everyone and I cannot think of a more exciting way to conclude the Battle for Azeroth season.”
      While the AWC Battle for Azeroth season has concluded the Arena competition doesn’t end there.       We've recently talked a lot about the strange occurrences that happened on the US Khadgar server when it  failed a realm connection, as many players had their accounts set back to around Mists of Pandaria, and the subsequent restoration of said accounts. Popular YouTuber MadSeasonShow was one of the ones affected and has made a video going through what happened after his character restoration, including additional potential issues with the restorations.
      As you'll remember, while characters were brought back to their current levels, the old copies of those characters (if they existed in MoP) were left on the accounts, so players had doubles. The thing is, some of these characters could have very valuable items that were since either lost, deleted or sold, and could potentially even re-sell them, and as MadSeason mentions, there could be some REALLY valuable stuff in there like the TCG mounts or similar. In any case, check out the video for a quick overview of the whole situation:

      Khadgar's troubles potentially aren't over yet, as the failed realm connections are coming up again tomorrow, so let's see what happens this time!

      Monks are a class that did not receive many changes on the Shadowlands Beta until very late in the cycle. We're checking out the latest round of Monk changes, one month ahead of Shadowlands release.
      Highlights
      Energizing Elixir has been removed from the global cooldown. Blizzard is aware of balance concerns Windwalker Monks have about dual-wield and Two-Handed weapons, and they are considering different options to address the problem, but they've got nothing to share at this time.  They are also aware of bugs related to Storm, Earth, and Fire in relation to other spells. They are looking to improve the reliability of the ability in future Beta builds. Weapons of Order (Kyrian Covenant Ability) has been redesigned for WW Monks. Multiple Legendary Powers have been tweaked. Monk
      Faeline Stomp (Night Fae Covenant Ability) now deals damage (or heals if Mistweaver) to targets in front of the Monk when cast and continues to deal damage to targets caught in the Faelines. Spinning Crane Kick now caps at 6 unique targets (was 5), dealing up to 60% damage (was 50%). Weapons of Order (Kyrian Covenant Ability) Brewmaster: For the next 30 seconds, your Mastery is increased by 10%. Additionally, Keg Smash cooldown is reset instantly and enemies hit by the ability take 5% increased damage from you for 8 seconds, stacking up to 5 times; Mistweaver: For the next 30 seconds, your Mastery is increased by 10%. Additionally, Essence Font cooldown is reset instantly and heals up to 6 nearby allies for (30% of Spell Power) Health on channel start and end; Windwalker: For the next 30 seconds, your Mastery is increased by 10% 13%. Additionally, Rising Sun Kick cooldown is reset instantly and your Rising Sun Kick reduces the cost of your Chi Abilities by 1 for 5 seconds, and Blackout Kick reduces the cooldown of affected abilities by an additional 1 second.       Ancient Teachings of the Monastery (Legendary Power) - Your Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, and Rising Sun Kick heal an injured ally within 20 yards for 120% of the damage done to an injured ally within 20 yards. Enveloping Breath - While active, Yu'lon and Chi'Ji heal nearby targets with Enveloping Breath when you cast Enveloping Mist, healing for [ 30% 180% of Spell Power ] over 6 sec, and increasing the healing they receive from you by 10%. Tear of Morning (Legendary Power) - Renewing Mist applies Extended Life to the initial target, instantly healing them for 145% of Holy Spell Power and increasing all healing done to them increases your healing done to the target by 15% for 12 seconds. When you heal with Enveloping Mist or Vivify, 50% of the heal is also applied to targets within your Extend Life effect. 25% of your Enveloping Mist and Vivify healing is also applied to all targets with Tear of Morning.       Haste now affects the periodic of Crackling Tiger Lightning. Energizing Elixir (Level 45 Talent) has been moved off the global cooldown. Blizzard has fixed a bug where Rising Sun Kick and Whirling Dragon Punch weren't contributing to Xuen's Empowered Tiger Lightning. Rising Sun Kick (Rank 2) restored. Increases the damage of Rising Sun Kick by 70%.
