Amirdrassil 10.2 Raid DPS Logs and Rankings, Week 1: New World Order

Recommended Posts

We finally get to see some real numbers out of Amirdrassil! After the preliminary day 1 rankings and the Hunter damage changes, now that we have a solid set of data let's see just where everyone ended up! We'll also be looking at Mythic numbers at the end, but JUST for fun.

Don't forget, we're focusing on Heroic for a while, as the Mythic numbers are just very unreliable at the moment, with so few guilds having even gotten through half the raid.

Heroic

Overall Damage 95th Percentile

It seems the fix did bring Hunters down, but Beast Mastery is still pretty much on top, just not by an insane margin. Sure, Assassination is currently slightly above it, but since pet damage now scales with weapon power, and the nerfs are static, that's probably a very temporary thing as players gear up. The top 2 are pretty far away from the rest, and the next two are also ahead of the rest of the pretty solidly spread pack. Havoc has taken down Demonology since day 1 as well in 3rd, as Balance moves to 5th after the other Rogue specs drop down a bit. Arcane busts out of the middle of the pack into 6th just ahead of Outlaw, with Enhancement also rising. Unholy is staying strong at the end of the top 10, as both Subtlely and Devastation drop below it. Augmentation is still strangely at the bottom, at the very much other end of the spectrum from last patch. However, there may be some logging issues with the spec, as it never really got the exactly correct DPS it's adding to the group attributed to it. Joining it in the bottom 3 are both non-Demo Warlocks.

Overall Damage All Percentiles

Demonology keeps Havoc at bay in its third spot here, and Arms is still the biggest outlier compared to the top percentiles. Retribution is the next big difference, just outside the top 10 and just ahead of Unholy. The bottom 3 also looks the same here (well, the bottom 5 really, but who's counting).

Boss Only Damage All Percentiles

There really is nothing more stable than the direct boss damage chart, as we see Demo move up by 1, with Havoc being the only big mover, gaining a  giant 7 spots in 6th. The bottom specs are unfortunately the same as in the AoE charts, with Marksmanship moving all the way to the bottom.

Normal

Overall Damage All Percentiles

Normal is where the big player numbers are at at the moment, and BM is still flying high on top! With the higher player count things change more slowly, but Demo still managed to take Assassination down from day 1. Arcane is still doing very well in the faster kill environment as it always does, and the rest is basically the same as we saw on day 1.

Mythic

Overall Damage All Percentiles

Ooook. So, a PEEK into Mythic. Well, not surprisingly, it's a mess! You really should not take these numbers seriously at all, but it's fun to take a look at for me so I'm doing it anyway! The chart itself looks extremely weird even visually, with so few data points for Marksmanship it's just a dot! Affliction if at the opposite end from all other difficulties, but Assassination and BM seem to be doing well everywhere. The rest... well, enjoy:

The fourth week of Dragonflight Season 3 is here and we're looking at the current Mythic+ tier list.
      DISCLAIMER
The following post is based on data from U.GG. Therefore, the data presented here may differ from Petko's Mythic Tier Lists maintained on our site.
      How the Data is Calculated
U.gg's tier list is created by evaluating damage and healing scores from the very best players and factoring in the frequency of each spec's appearances in the highest rankings of the current Mythic+ season. The tier list of each spec is determined by its effectiveness and prevalence at the highest levels of Mythic+ play.

As you can see in the below image, we have the characteristic Blood Elf architecture and the Burning Crystal.

We're back in the department of fortunate loot drops, this time, with Tindral Sageswift dropping four copies of the same item.
Tindral blessed a very lucky raid group with 4 pieces of Eternal Kindler's Greatstaff. While this isn't the record-breaking group who looted 5 Smoldering Seedlings from Larodar, it's still nice to see good old Tindral handing so many copies of the same item!
