The Black Eclipse skill I infects the hunter with Frenzy when up against large monsters. Additionally, Black Eclipse II also increases the amount of attack during recovery. Frenzy is a status ailment that causes the hunter to take damage and more so when fully infected and can be helped using an antivirus or a Nulberry.
The master mounter skill enables the hunter to mount a monster easier and cause damage creating wounds.
