Your gemming will change vastly depending on your current gear, team composition and playstyle. When you get Mjolnir Runestone you will want to swap to Fractured Cardinal Ruby till you reach the soft ArP cap with the trinket proc. After that you will want to prioritize Strength.

• Meta Gem — Relentless Earthsiege Diamond
• Red Gem — Fractured Cardinal Ruby till ArP cap.
• Yellow Gem — Etched Ametrine for any missing Hit rating. Resplendent Ametrine if wearing multiple PvE pieces, if not Inscribed Ametrine.
• Blue Gem — Nightmare Tear 1 to activate your Meta Gem. Puissant Dreadstone or Vivid Eye of Zul depending on your Hit Rating and Armor Penetration needs.
