Dancer Job Changes in Endwalker Patch 6.0

Dancer Action Changes in Patch 6.0
In Endwalker, Dancer has received actions that enhanced its quality-of-life and adjustments to procs and buffs. A new dance that instantly grants Standard Step's buffs has been added, and the proc system has been streamlined between single target and area attacks. Its capstone action is a devastating area attack that is guaranteed to critical direct hit.

Dancer Weaponskill Changes in Patch 6.0
2.1.
Changes to Dancer Weaponskills
- Cascade potency changed from 250 to 180. The granted status changed from Flourishing Cascade to Flourishing Symmetry, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Fountain combo potency changed from 300 to 240. The granted status changed from Flourishing Fountain to Flourishing Flow, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Windmill potency changed from 150 to 100. The granted status changed from Flourishing Windmill to Flourishing Symmetry, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds. The action now changes to Emboite while dancing.
- Reverse Cascade potency changed from 300 to 240. The execution requirement has changed from Flourishing Cascade to Flourishing Symmetry.
- Bladeshower combo potency changed from 200 to 140. The granted status has changed from Flourishing Shower to Flourishing Flow, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Rising Windmill potency changed from 300 to 140, and the execution requirement changed from Flourishing Windmill to Flourishing Symmetry. The action changes to Jete while dancing. The move no longer deals 50% less potency for all remaining enemies.
- Fountainfall potency changed from 350 to 300, and the execution requirement changed from Flourishing Fountain to Flourishing Flow.
- Bloodshower potency changed from 350 to 180, and the execution requirement changed from Flourishing Shower to Flourishing Flow. The action now changes to Pirouette while dancing. The move no longer deals 50% less potency for all remaining enemies.
- Saber Dance potency changed from 600 to 400.

New Dancer Weaponskills
- Starfall Dance delivers a critical direct hit to all enemies in a straight line before you with a potency of 600 for the first enemy, and 75% less for all remaining enemies. This can only be executed while under the effect of Flourishing Starfall.

3.1.
Changes to Dancer Abilities
- Standard Finish 0 Steps potency changed from 500 to 360. 1 Step potency changed from 750 to 540. 2 Steps potency changed from 1,000 to 720.
- Fan Dance's granted status changed from Flourishing Fan Dance to Threefold Fan Dance, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Fan Dance II's granted status changed from Flourishing Fan Dance to Threefold Fan Dance, and the duration changed from 20 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Shield Samba recast time changed from 120 seconds to 90 seconds.
- Closed Position additionally shared the effect of Tillana with the player's dance partner.
- Devilment now grants Flourishing Starfall for 20 seconds.
- Technical Finish 0 Steps potency changed from 500 to 350. 1 Step potency changed from 750 to 540. 2 Steps potency changed from 1,000 to 720. Steps potency changed from 1,250 to 900. 4 Steps potency changed from 1,500 to 1,080. The ability now grants Flourishing Finish for 30 seconds.
- Flourish granted statuses changed from "Flourishing Cascade, Flourishing Fountain, Flourishing Windmill, Flourishing Shower, and Flourishing Fan Dance" to "Flourishing Symmetry, Flourishing Flow, Threefold Fan Dance, and Fourfold Fan Dance." Now this ability can only be executed in combat.
- Improvisation has been completely revamped, and the area range changed from 6 to 8. Dance to the beat of your own drum, granting Rising Rhythm to self. Stacks increase every 3 seconds, up to a maximum of 4. This ability also heals over time for self and nearby party members with a cure potency of 100 for 15 seconds. The effect ends upon using another action or moving (including facing a different direction).
3.2.
New Dancer Abilities
- Improvised Finish creates a barrier around self and all nearby party members. The damage absorbed increases with stacks of Rising Rhythm. 0 Stacks grants 5% of maximum HP, 1 Stack grants 6% of maximum HP, 2 Stacks grants 7% of maximum HP, 3 Stacks grants of maximum HP, 4 Stacks grants 10% of maximum HP. The duration lasts 30 seconds, and the ability can only be executed while Improvisation is active. This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar.
- Tillana delivers an attack to all nearby enemies with a potency of 360 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies. It also grants Standard Finish and Esprit to self and party member designated as the player's Dance Partner. The Standard Finish Effect increases damage dealt by 5%. and the duration lasts for 60 seconds. It can only be executed while under the effect of Flourishing Finish. This triggers the cooldown of weaponskills, step actions, and finish actions upon execution. It cannot be executed during the cooldown of weaponskills, step actions, or finish actions. This action cannot be assigned to a hotbar.
- Fan Dance IV delivers an attack to all enemies in a cone before you with a potency of 300 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies. This can only be executed while under the effect of Fourfold Fan Dance.

Dancer Trait Changes in Patch 6.0
4.1.
Changes to Dancer Traits
- Esprit grants Esprit to self and nearby party members upon successfully executing Standard Finish or Technical Finish. This effect increases the Esprit Gauge by 5 upon successfully landing Cascade, Reverse Cascade, Fountain, Fountainfall, Windmill, Rising Windmill, Bladeshower, or Bloodshower. When party members execute a weaponskill or cast a spell, there is a chance of increasing the Esprit Gauge by 10. The chance of triggering party member effect differs according to job.
4.2.
New Dancer Traits
- Enhanced Technical Finish grants Flourishing Finish after executing Technical Finish. Technical Finish becomes Tillana while under this effect.
- Enhanced Esprit increases Esprit Gauge by 10 upon successfully landing Reverse Cascade, Fountainfall, Rising Windmill, or Bloodshower.
- Enhanced Flourish grants Fourfold Fan Dance upon executing Flourish for 30 seconds.
- Enhanced Shield Samba reduces Shield Samba recast time to 90 seconds.
- Enhanced Devilment grants Flourishing Starfall upon executing Devilment for 30 seconds.
