Demo performence advice

Hello i just got back to game after short break and went demonology, im abit curious about how u other guys handle opening rotation and entire fight rotation since it seem im not sure if im doing it correctly.

opening:

prepot->pre cast soulfire->HoG->Doomguard->corruption->shadowbolt->HoG->meta->darksoul/copeland's clarity->Doom->2x DB->soulfire/touch of chaos but usual havent fury left

and using felstorm on cooldown.

HoG:

is the optinal way for HoG to save em to almost reach 2 stack use em one after another for pandimic benefit or you guys use 1 charge at some point betwend ur rotation?

demonbolt:

and my most curious question is about demonbolt since some people refer to go meta with around 850 fury for cast 4x DB + doom and other say go meta as soon ur DB drops and fire off as many DB as u can and back to caster form after?

currently betwend each cycle im only generating 650-750 fury if im lucky i reach 800.

also do you guys delay ur demonbolt for trinket/weapon/ring procs?

thanks in advance

The optimal way to use HoG is to use wait until you have around 2 seconds left before your second charge refreshes, using your first charge, casting sb/soulfire then using your second charge of HoG when there are 2-3 seconds left on the dot. This maximizes the amount of time that the double dot lasts.

I think the optimal demonbolt usage now is to have glyphed dark soul and do a 4-demonbolt burn every minute together with the dark soul buff and your trinket procs. The cooldown on glyphed dark soul fits pretty well with the debuff disappearing, and teh buff grants a nice boost to the demonbolt damage.

Try precast soulfire

hog should hit the boss at the pull

corr

imp swarm

hog

meta

doom

chaos

begin reg casting sequence

Yeah that how im using HoG , yeah im not using imp swarm alot since it feels like in most situation its dps loss,

however which bother me most is the demonbolt as u say use every 50 seconds,

however other people say u should use demonbolt on cds which is around 38 second cooldown and during those 38 seconds im only generating 650 demon fury and that without waiting for procs so im curious about if its dps upkeep to actualy wait those 12

,seconds more for procs or should fire without since can only use my trinket every 2min so every second cycle since other is darmac haste rng trinket.

im sorry if its bad grammer.

Ignore this.

Please don't spread misinformation

In regards to this, there's not really a difference between 860 fury and going right as the DB debuff falls off.

Personally I prefer the 860 method, but either works.

Skunkworks is a guild for players who can not or do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedules of traditional "hardcore" guilds.
However, we still maintain a high caliber player environment and make an efficient use of our raiding time.
We raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 - 11:00 PST, just 8 hours a week and never more.

We are very protective of our guild environment and selective in recruitment. We are looking for solid players mechanically as well as intellectually.
We all get paid to deal with idiots, why should we pay to spend our leisure time with them as well?

Skunkworks has been around for multiple expansions and has historically always been at the top of the 2-night raiding guild scene.

Hello all! I figured i'd make this thread to get some up to date information on the AOE rotation for unholy.  Currently i'm 935 ilvl, and I run Incstructor's fourth lesson and Soul. (For lack of a better option.) However it is my understanding that these two legendaries make for the strongest aoe rotation. Is this true?

That is my first question. My second is what is the priority for aoe when running these two. Is it to wait for defile to drop, then festering wound a target a couple times, then Scourge Strike? Or is the priority to just put Wounds on then pop them asap, dropping the defile whenever it's available. Typically I wait for defile before I start building Wounds, but given the soul and the extra talent, i suspect it's better to just aoe without Defile if it's unavailable or perhaps just better to rarely spend runes on defile? Curious as to your thoughts!

      Hi,

Im having wierd issue with Opportunity skill. It happens everytime I  have 5cp+ and  Opportunity proc.

What Im doing is casting Run Through with 5cp+, note that I have Opportunity proc, after using Run Through my Ruthlessness skill refounds 2cp so Im using free Pistol Shot with Opportunity procs. Problem is IM NOT GETTING 3rd combo point.

Anyone having simmilar issue  ?  Cant find any informations.

      Hi
I have one few questions concerning fury rotation:
      1. Should I use bloodbath only with Battle Cry?
      2. Should I use Rampage immediately after it is available or should I always wait for Frothing Berserker?
      3. During Enrage time, should I spam raging blow or prioritize bloodthirst then raging blow?
      4. Is CoF ilvl860 better then nightmare egg ilvl940?
      Best regards

Hello. I'm having some problems with DK rotation after starting it. I realize that in the beginning, procs are many. But through the middle of the fight, I begin to notice that everything slows down, including the return of runes and loss of Runic Power. Sometimes I do not own a rune, and I have a lot of Runic Power. But if I spend it, the runes are still coming back, and I have nothing to beat. Please help me. This is normal? Should I use FS only when I'm near overcap? Should I wait patiently for the runes to renegate without hitting FS? I have 25% Acceleration, 27% Critical and 42% Mastery. Thank you in advance.
