Hey all. I have a bit of a problem I need a hand with. For some time now I've been using Vuhdo, not as a healer, but as pure dps. Years ago, I followed a tutorial to set up a single button via Vuhdo for hostile targets, using four mouse buttons and shift/control buttons for modifiers to go through my rotation.
A few days ago I managed to completely bork up my saved Vuhdo profile and now am back to square one. I've managed to sort out the targeting button and spells again, but I'm having a great deal of trouble working out how to remove myself, and any other group members from showing up on the vuhdo panel.
So, in short, what I'm looking for is a way to have a single button that is my target, and only my target. I don't use vuhdo for raid or party frames.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You'll need to use the Private Tanks section to do it, while disabling everything else.

I have a silly situation with Vuhdo. One of my healers does not display a Vuhdo mini-map button. The other 3 healers all have one. I have looked all over Vuhdo to find how to enable the button, on the one that doesn't have it, to no avail.  Any ideas? ty

Thanks! That did it. I have everything back to normal, almost. One more nagging thing that I'm probably just overlooking. Mouse button 4 brings up a dialog box for Role and Role Override within Private Tanks. Is this a key-bind that can be changed so it doesn't conflict? Or is there a way to disable it?

Sorry if I missed it, but I can't find the solution - how do I do raid management (i.e. assign people to groups) using VuhDo? Dragging doesn't seem to work.

Should be able to change it in the Vuhdo keybindings section.

You can only do this in the normal raid frame, I believe.

hey,

Is it possible to make vuhdo only show a person once in a panel?

I have separate groups for main tanks and healers but I also have groups 1-8 in same panel,

right now people who are shown in special groups are also shown in ''normal'' groups too which I don't want to happen

EDIT: well found the option for tanks (on general -general -filter) is there a similar option for healers?

Can you set healers as Private Tanks and then use the option in the same place for Priv. Tanks? Could be a workaround for it.

It looks like you can't set them as PTs - I'm going through my Vuhdo trying to find other options, but it's not really jumping out at me atm. If you take them out of your bars, won't you then have an uneven set of bars? Not sure if that's important to you.

uneven bars haven't ever really bothered me... had healbot running like that for years so im just aiming for most similar setup.

I will get used to having people in multible bars eventually if I can't do anything to it.

Thanks for trying to help

You could possibly try the massive setup guide that Zohar put up - might have an answer in there. That's pretty much the only other place to check that I can think of.

Hi.
I have this problem that have configured Vuhdo Frames like want them to be except, but seems that can't Click on any char in the Raid Frame :( I don't have the "click through" panel activated on settings. Tried to click on every 10x member, but no luck. When click on some char there then i'm being healed x) :/ Could record brief video about it if no solution found without display description.

Kind Regards: Friendly lost Orc Shammy.

I just started a move to this addon from Grid and I've been pretty impressed so far.  However I just started to move my Priest over, I setup my Holy spec (by the way you really need to mention that Keys Local doesn't let you bind to mouse buttons, that's a pretty big limitation took a LOT of searching to find that out) and all was good.

Then I switched to Disc to set that up and all my holy spells are there still.  I saw there was no concept of "profiles" like in most addons (though there are profiles, they don't seem to be the same where they are usually used for different specs) but it always came up with spells configured for my current spec so I just assumed it just auto changed.  Surely there is some way to have my disc and holy specs share the same buttons?

You should be able to save profiles under Key Layouts, or something named like that. You can choose "Save As" as an option, or so.

I am trying to figure out how to get Vuhdo to only show the target of tanks in the Main Tanks group I have set up. Does anyone know how to do this? I can get it to show targets of everyone, but I want to limit it only to the Main Tanks group.

I am looking to set them up like that so I can use the mouse over to Dispel Magic on the tanks targets.

Thanks!

Hey everyone. Im having an issue where I have set my Healing Tide Totem and Riptide to go off whenever they are off cooldown. (I used the section that also has the auto trinket option) When I've tried this out not in combat and by myself.  It works great. However as soon as I try it in a group/combat it only works the first time I do it. After that I cant click myself or anyone else and perform any type of heal. I have to stop everyone and go turn it off.  Any ideas on how to fix this would be great. Thanks for any input you all might have.

Hello, excuse my English. I am trying to set up a panel for the Target and I do not want the debuffs or damages of other players to appear. I mean, I just want that with my priest discipline to have controlled the "Purge the Wicked" or any other damage, but only mine not the other players.
Thank you and great guide

There's plenty of retail fixes today, with Warlocks, DotI, Taivan, the tabard vendor in Valdrakken, tailoring, as well as plenty of quests getting improvements, in addition to quite a few Cataclysm Classic adjustments, and even a Paladin fix in Classic Era!
      May 10 (Source)
      Classes
Warlock Fixed an issue where the scaling of Inferno would become reduced when Rain of Fire affected more than 5 targets. Dungeons
Dawn of the Infinite end bosses should now drop Awakened Crests. Mounts
Taivan awoos when summoned, like a good boy. Non-player Characters
Kessa, the Personal Tabard Vendor located in Valdrakken should now be available to all alts after completing the questline to unlock the personal tabard. Professions
Tailoring Fixed a bug where Blue Silken Lining was not granting more mastery for equipping a second item embellished with Blue Silken Lining while the buff was already active. Quests
Fixed a bug preventing the completion of “Lotus Tea” after completing “The Pools of Youth”. Fixed an issue preventing progress on the quest "Get My Results!". Players can now call for aid while mounted on the quest "At the Source". Cataclysm Classic
Blood Queen Lana'thel should now Vampiric Bite more consistently. Kadrak now allows players to complete "To the Rescue!" even when Brutusk is busy. Fixing an issue where sacks of oatmeal were not interactable during the “Keepin' the Haggis Flowin'” quest. Fixed an issue that would prevent players from completing the “Devastation” quest. “Devastation” can now be reacquired by walking near the foliage that begins the quest in the Badlands. Fixed an issue that would prevent players from interacting with Sewer Caps on the "Fungus Among Us" quest. The Troll racial ability Berserking will now reset when an encounter ends. Paladin Selfless Healer now correctly increases Word of Glory healing when Word of Glory is cast on others. Priest Fixed some issues with Prayer of Mending. Twin Disciplines now properly increases Prayer of Mending healing by the amount stated in the tooltip. Grace now works properly on healing from Prayer of Mending. Glyph of Prayer of Mending now increases healing from the first bounce of Prayer of Mending by 100%. Shaman Flametongue Totem will no longer stack with other Spell power increasing effects. Warlock Incubus pets can now be renamed by Warlock Demon trainers, just like other demon pets. WoW Classic Era and Hardcore
Corrected Seal of Righteousness so that it cannot crit.

The fourth War Within Alpha build brought some changes to Skyriding powers.
      Skyriding Power Changes
Skyriding Basics- While falling from a high location, your mount Dragon Isles drake extends its wings to propel you both forward. Pointing yourself downward grants more momentum. Evening out can transfer that momentum forward. Pointing yourself upward slows you down. When at your slowest, you will start to fall slowly toward the ground. You also gain access to the following abilities: Surge Forward Flap forward. Skyward Ascent Flap upward. Skyrider's Initiative- While dragonriding skyriding at middle speed and above, you gain stacks of Dragonrider's Skyrider's Initiative, up to 10. When landing at mid-to-high speeds, you create a shockwave, damaging enemies for [ Greater of {72% of Spell Power} or {72% of Attack Power * (1 + 0) / 10} ] per stack, split among them, and disorienting them for 3 sec. Landing at low speeds cancels Dragonrider's Skyrider's Initiative. Skyrider's Hunt- Defeating an enemy increases your Vigor  will grant your you 1 vigor. Vigor recharge rate by 10% for 3 sec. This effect can only occur once every 10 sec. Ground Skimming- When dragonriding skyriding near the ground, you regenerate 1 Vigor every 30 sec. This effect does not occur while affected by Thrill of the Skies unless Swift Skimming is learned. Thrill of the Skies- While dragonriding skyriding at high speeds, you regenerate 1 Vigor every 15 sec. Vigor- Dragonriding Skyriding abilities spend Vigor. Spending time on the ground, whether mounted or dismounted, regenerates 1 Vigor every 30 sec. Skyrider's Cultivation- Gathering herbs or minerals increases your Vigor recharge rate by 400% for 3 sec will replenish 1 vigor. Skyrider's Compassion- While airborne on a Skyriding mount, Dragon Isles drake, you gain stacks of Dragonrider's Skyrider's Compassion, up to 10. When you dismount, you gain a shield worth 1% of your health and gain 1% movement speed per stack, lasting 30 sec Lift Off- When mounted on a dragonriding skyriding mount, double jump to launch upward and start gliding forward. Skyriding Skill Track
In the War Within expansion, the Dragonriding Skill Track has been updated:
Dragonriding Glyphs have been renamed to Skyriding power (current PH name is Dragon Power) You will gain extra Skyriding power as you level. The costs of all Skyriding Powers has been reduced to 1 Dragon Power. A premade Level 70 template character starts with 20 Skyriding power and can unlock all the perks in the tree.
On the right side, you can enable/disable the Ride Along feature and the second node lets you pick between Whirling Surge and Lightning Rush at no cost.

All Mists of Pandaria raids and World Bosses are on a daily lockout in Patch 10.2.7.
We're not sure if the change is intended or a MoP Remix feature, but somehow, daily lockouts for MoP raids and World Bosses have slipped through to live servers even before the event's starts on May 16. Maybe this is a way to give retail players more chances on Tusks of Mannoroth since you can buy them directly from a vendor during MoP Remix.
If you're farming Garrosh, don't forget there is a skip at the beginning of the raid. As you enter, interact with the scroll on the wall.

Gleeful Glamour is an Enchanting item in the War Within that lets you temporarily change the race of your character.
Enchanting adds interesting scrolls that let you cosmetically change your character's race for a short period of time. The associated spell with all the transformations is:
Magical Mischief - Don the mask, magically altering your appearance to that of another one of Azeroth's residents. Lasts 20-60 min. based on the quality of the Gleeful Glamour. (1 sec cast, 2 hrs cooldown) From the description, we know the transformation lasts for 20-60 minutes and is on a 2-hour cooldown.
