Blizzard identified a bug with Battle for Azeroth dungeons scaling. A bug fix for the issue will be deployed with scheduled weekly maintenance on Tuesday.
(Source)
Along with the players who reported this, we found a bug causing enemies in Battle for Azeroth dungeons to scale well beyond their intended difficulty.
With scheduled realm maintenance on Tuesday, we will deploy a fix for the bug and the difficulty of the affected dungeons should become very similar to that of Chromie Time leveling dungeons.
To everyone who reported the state of BFA dungeons: thank you very much.

We have quite a few class fixes in today's batch, both for PvE and PvP, as well as the Primal Chaos BoA vendor and more, including some Wrath Classic improvements!
February 2 (Source)
Classes
Druid Skull Bash will no longer trigger Precognition when successfully interrupting a Holy Paladin with Concentration Aura. Guardian Fixed an issue where Tooth and Claw did not correctly grant 15% magic damage mitigation. Evoker Temporal Anomaly can now be cast while moving when releasing it through Stasis. Monk Mistweaver Fixed an issue that caused Lesson of Anger to not duplicate some damage or healing sources. Items and Rewards
Fixed an issue that prevented Blueprint: Utility Mechaclaw from dropping from the Caustic Mechaslime in Mechagon. Player versus Player
Classes Evoker Quell will no longer trigger Precognition when successfully interrupting another player who is affected by Concentration Aura. Solo Shuffle Fixed an issue where summoned pets’ cooldowns were not correctly being reset between rounds. Professions
Rabul of the Artisan’s Consortium now sells a Satchel of Coalescing Chaos that binds to your Blizzard Account. This item costs 80 Primal Chaos and provides 60 Primal Chaos to the character who uses it. Developers’ notes: We’ve heard and agree with feedback that players have amassed surplus Primal Chaos on their mains while their alts need all the Primal Chaos they can get. Some Primal Chaos will be lost in the transaction. This is because we want to make sure that while this is a great way for a main to help an alt, the best way to gear up a character should generally be via actually playing that character. Nonetheless, this should provide an additional use for your Primal Chaos, as well as a good way to get some powerful gear to your alts quickly. Inscription Fixed an issue with Darkmoon Decks where the Sagescale Sigil’s shuffle-when-jumping mechanic was being extended to all Darkmoon Decks. Wrath of the Lich King Classic
Classes Death Knight Fixed an issue where creating your first Death Knight would fail on the first attempt. Druid Nightsong Regalia (Tier 😎 4-set bonus heal now correctly triggers on each Rejuvenation. Developers’ note: The once-on-every-other-Rejuvenation cast is true to the behavior in patch 3.3.5. However, the wording of the Tier 8 set bonus does not reflect this, and instead indicates that Rejuvenation should provide an instant-heal on cast. It seemed like the fair thing to do would be to reimplement the once-on-every-Rejuvenation-cast trigger rate. -

Blizzard commented on their recent decision to make Primal Chaos transferable between alts.
Earlier today, we reported about "account-wide" Primal Chaos and now Blizzard has commented on the quality-of-life improvement that went live via a hotfix.

We’ve heard and agree with feedback that players have amassed surplus Primal Chaos on their mains while their alts need all the Primal Chaos they can get. With a hotfix that went live about 12 hours ago, we’ve added a method for transferring Primal Chaos to other characters on your account.

It's been a while since we looked in on the Mythic+ logs and now's the perfect time, as we get to see the results of the new patch tuning! It's still looking pretty yellow on top, but there are plenty of changes all round as well, with Fire coming back with a vengeance.
Note: The logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing, meaning they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor, but a much, much smaller one, as it grants very few points if you do it significantly faster than just any in-time completion. We're also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity, meaning the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
This past week was:
Fortified , Bolstering, Storming (and Thundering )
All Keys
95th percentile
While the very top of the top percentiles didn't change much with the new patch, with Subtlety and Outlaw switching places in 1 and 2, we do see a big change after that, as an entirely different Mage spec has come to claim the bronze! Fire rises out of the bottom of the chart and claims 3rd, taking it over from Arcane which sees itself 8 spots down. Balance remains strong and doesn't budge from 4th, while Destruction rocket-jumps 12 spots up to claim 5th. Windwalker and Havoc only drop 1, while Shadow takes its cue from Balance and stands still, Enhancement drops a little and Feral rises 2 to close out the top 10. The bottom 3 shuffle around a little but are still the same old 3 specs, with Frost DK getting the short end of the stick this time around.
Mythic+ All Keys 95th Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
All Percentiles
The top 4 for the generalist bracket reflects the top percentiles with the patch changes, but No.5 diverges from that pattern and sees Windwalkers... remain in place as last time we checked here. Havoc remains stable as Destruction takes over Demonology's place, Shadow rises and Arcane drops.
Mythic+ All Keys All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
Tanks
Prot Warriors have taken the helm in Mythic+ and moved past Blood DKs, as Vengeance remains in third and Paladins move past Monks, with Guardians down in last - but at least they're getting some significant buffs next week!
Tank All Percentile Data by Warcraft Logs.
Healers
Preservation stands at the top, just like in raids, and Resto Druids are extremely close behind, as the top two switch positions, while Holy Paladins shoot into 3rd, moving past the Priests and leaving Monks down in the dumps.

For even more in-depth data for each individual key head on over to Warcraft Logs. And if you're interested in more info on the specs themselves you can always check out our class guides, as well as our Mythic+ guides and Mythic+ tier list.
