Needs some help

So i recently switched to destro from my holy pally and at times i really love the spec but other times its like my dps decided to take a vacation. I'm all comfused about the whether to stack mastery or haste. ive tried both and i cant really tell the difference. Anyway you could look my my toon and tell me what im doing wrong stat wise.

12.61% Hit is what is causing your problems. I'm not sure if you've always had your hit that low, but it need to be 15%! Get that up and you'll see a lot more consistency in your output.

This is because the differences between stacking either is very minor, so you wouldn't notice a difference. Keeping them even in rating will be good. The Haste breakpoint you should keep in mind will be 8064, but right now you'd have to gut yourself of mastery to get there, so don't go for it just yet. I wouldn't let mastery dip more than 2-3k rating below your haste rating.
