Are the changes live yet?

It is in the official beta patch notes, and their cost is also changed in game now.

Otherwise cool, but I got a question about... what's the name of this card, it has blablabla, nd then what's the mana cost of card x. And they were the same card, and you could tell that very easily if you read the question. Sorry I don't remember the details, it was a while ago. Maybe some sort of filter that the same-card questions don't show up in the same quiz?

That should be fixed now, thanks for notifying me :)

Hey, are you still working on the Quiz? I feel it's a really good learning tool and well designed. It would be awesome if the recent changes could be included.

Darn. I always forget to update the tool after a Hearthstone patch. My apologies, I'm going to fix this right away!

Wow, that was a really quick fix. I was wondering, why the quiz didn't work, after I posted my comment, now I know why biggrin.png. Thanks a lot!

I love this, but I found a few things for the creator to look into.  One of my questions described Assassin's Blade and I correctly named it and spelled it the same as the message saying I was wrong.  There may be a problem with the apostrophe is what I'm thinking, but I'm not sure.  Also the question describing Holy Nova has an extra "#" inserted before the second "2."

Got a question involving guessing the name of the 3/4 rogue weapon that costs 5 mana (Assassin's Blade). Even though I typed it exactly like that, it still said in the results that I got the question wrong despite the spelling being dead on.

Yea, I'd probably just wipe all punctuation from the answer and the correct answer before doing the comparison...

More to the point, I'm not sure what value the naming questions add.  Besides a lot of coding trouble, or helping streamers and you-tubers call out cards by name...  Unless I'm missing something.

I'd like to see it deleted and replaced by something that can help strategy.  Such as "A card that does [this] [that] is only possible to be in the hand of a? [hero type option buttons]"  or "Only a hunter can have a card that does: [mage card effect description] [hunter card effect description] [warrior card effect description]"

Thanks for your suggestions. I'll do my best to implement them the next time I update the tool.

Kor'Kron Elite doesn't seem to work if it asks for his name. I typed his name exactly as it is, and it told me that it's incorrect.

I fixed the problem with Kor'kron Elite and Assassin's Blade. I'm still trying to find time to add new, more interesting types of questions.

Enjoying this! Should start adding some Naxx stuff!

The 6 new cards from the first wing should be in there already. Are they not?

I answered the legendary-only shaman card question with "al'akir the windlord".  It said I was incorrect; the correct answer is "Al'Akir the Windlord".  The only difference is caps, but you can leave out the caps on other questions.

Dave Kosak introduces us to the Monster Hunt, which will be available in a week.
The Lead Mission Designer was joined by two of his associates to discuss the newest PvE mode, which will come along with The Witchwood. Paul Nguyen talked about the four heroes. Tess Greymane has a Hero Power that lets her Discover any class card that has been played in a game (by both players) and add it to your hand.
Darius Crowley has an indestructible cannon minion that can be activated via Darius' Hero Power and fire at the minions across it. Positioning will matter, as you can kill two enemy minions at once and the Hero Power will refresh each time you kill a minion with your cannon. There weren't any details on Houndmaster Shaw or Toki, Time-Tinker, but it was hinted that the former hero will have something to do with Rush (just like its card counterpart).
Giovanni Scarpati discussed bosses and treasures. The Monster Hunt will feature over 45 unique boss encounters. As Ben Brode had revealed in an earlier interview, each hero will have its own final boss, called "nemesis fight". For Crowley it's Lord Godfrey, for Shaw it's Glinda Crowskin and for Toki it's her own future self! When you clear the Monster Hunt with all four heroes (and win four packs), you get to face Hagatha as the last boss. Ultimately, as far as the treasures are concerned, there are a few returning ones from the Dungeon Run, but most are new. There are also hero exclusive treasures, as well as unique treasures "dropping" from rare boss encounters.
You should definitely watch the video to get a glimpse of all the new stuff coming with the Monster Hunt. And don't forget: it's release date is April 26 at 10:00 am PDT!

      Ready for Action
If you played the Dungeon Run in Kobolds & Catacombs, the Monster Hunt will be eerily familiar—but much is different! Rather than choosing one of Hearthstone’s nine classes, you’ll take on the role of one of four veteran monster hunters, each with a special ability that you’ll need to make the most of if you hope to survive the hunt.
Your hunter will venture deep into the Witchwood on Hagatha’s trail, defeating a series of monstrous bosses who dare to cross your path. With each victory, you’ll build a stronger and stronger deck with the items you find. You may encounter some trusty old equipment out in the forest, but much of what you’ll find will be entirely new, including treasures unique to certain foes. Each monster hunter has their own favorite tricks—a special hero power or ability that you’ll need to master if you hope to survive the hunt. Each hunter also carries a grudge against a heinous nemesis in the woods: a unique boss that only they can track down to fight.

You’ll want to go on a Monster Hunt with every hunter, because each offers a quest that will earn you a Witchwood card pack. And if you’ve got the mettle to complete the Monster Hunt with all four hunters, you’ll finally have a chance to face off with the real witch in the woods: Hagatha! If you can free the wood from Hagatha’s curse, you’ll earn the gratitude of Gilneas and the Monster Hunter card back!

We hope you enjoyed learning more of what lurks ahead in Monster Hunt! We’re eager to hear your tales of The Witchwood on social media using the #Witchwood hashtag. Learn more about The Witchwood at TheWitchwood.com!
We’ll see you on the hunt!
