Two new Saviors of Uldum cards have been revealed by Chinese sources: Grandmummy and Generous Mummy!

GrandmummyGenerous Mummy

Grandmummy looks powerful at first glance; accounting for its 1/1 Reborn copy and the two +1/+1 buffs it can give to other minions, it's a potential 4/5 in stats for just 2 Mana. The drawback is that it's quite slow, being a 2 Mana 1/2 initially, and that you won't get the full value if you don't have any other Minions on the board to buff. It may find a home in Deathrattle- and Reborn-centric Priest decks, which have plenty of tokens to clog up the board with, although no such deck is currently seeing play in Standard.

Grandmummy was revealed by Yahoo China Esports. The video is helpfully subtitled in English, so click through and watch to see the card in action.

Generous Mummy was revealed by the streamer Moze. It offers a lot of stats for 3 Mana and is tough to remove thanks to Reborn, but this is both a blessing and a curse due to its aura effect. Giving your opponent free Mana is rarely a winning proposition in Hearthstone, so we don't expect to see much of Generous Mummy outside Trolden highlights!

Check out our Saviors of Uldum hub for a comprehensive guide to the next expansion, including new cards, information on the Reborn mechanic, and more.

I think in silence priest decks, Generous Mummy is not a bad addition. Turn 3 Mummy into Turn 4 Unsleeping Soul seems like a good play, and it is just one turn that your opponent gets the cheap cards. Clearly, it is horrible against token decks, but it might be worth the risk

Generous Mummy is better than what looks in arena since the revive effect make it hard to remove in 1 hit and in arena cards tend to cost more than 1 so the enemy won't benefit much from the discount... if he plays a 4 mana for 3 mana he gains very little... but if he plays multiple 1 mana at 0 he can get a very big advantage but in arena the 1 mana cards are probably gone when this thing drops on the field so the risk isn't high to mess up... and for sure is way less than a Dirty Rat turn 2
