wow Patch 10.2 Week 1 Guide: A Comprehensive Patch Day To-Do List

The release of Patch 10.2 is here, bringing with it exciting new content that might seem daunting to some players. To help you navigate through it, we've crafted a comprehensive to-do list tailored to pinpoint the essentials.

Content Not Available This Week

First, it's important to note we're still 1 week away from Dragonflight Season 3. This means the following content won't be available this week:

• Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope Raid
• Mythic Season 3 Dungeons
• PvP Season 3
• Aurostor the Hibernator (Emerald Dream World Boss)
• Battleground Blitz PvP Brawl

New Content Available This Week

• The first 3 Emerald Dream Campaign Chapters can be completed on live servers.
  • Each chapter grants 2,500 reputation with Dream Wardens, so you should focus on completing them asap.
  • Side quests also grant a decent amount of reputation, consider completing all the side quests you can.
• New public events are available in the Emerald Dream--Superbloom, Emerald Frenzy, and Emeral Bounty.
  • Don't forget to complete at least 1 Superbloom per week for the weekly quest rewards for a cache containing a Dream Wardens Insignia that increases your reputation standing with the Dream Wardens by 1,000, a Veteran 1/8 Item Level 441 piece of gear, and a Dreamseed.
• Players who have not completed the Patch 10.1.7 intro will need to to so before venturing into the Emerald Dream.
• Darkmoon Faire is available until November 11. Make use of the +10% XP and reputation buff before starting the 10.2 campaign.
• Before completing campaign quests, pick up the weekly quest A Worthy Ally: Dream Wardens which requires you to farm 1,500 reputation with the new faction.
  • Rewards: 500 Dream Warden reputation, 1,000 gold, between 12-15 Drake's Dreaming Crests, Item Level 441 Veteran gear piece.

• Farm Flightstones and increase your Renown with the new faction by completing World Quests, killing rares, and opening treasures. Check out our Emerald Dream zone guide for more info!
• Unlock regular flying by checking out our Dragon Isles Pathfinder guide.

Weekly Bonus Event

• This week's bonus event is Warlords of Draenor Timewalking. 
• Complete 5 Timewalking Dungeons to receive 1 piece of gear (not sure if we're getting Amirdrassil raid gear here, but I doubt it since the raid won't open for 1 more week, so it's probably Normal Aberrus gear).

At that last one...isn't "Normal Aberrus gear" outshined by like...everything new?     Including world rares?

Probably.

Now that i hope druids won't suck (missing an entire shapeshift for the whole expansion, i won't say im not impressed because i really am impressed how badly they treated an entire class) 

I'm going to be testing just how well the world after patch handles an undergeared kindergarten character who is otherwise at max level.
