Lunar Highlands Treasure Chest Locations and Puzzles Guide

This guide accounts for a total of 160 treasure chests currently available in Lunar Highlands. This includes the chests obtained from the World Quests related to the area.

It is recommended to complete the Archon Quest and World Quest first before going out of your way to collect any treasure chests.

Most chests will be discoverable through normal exploration, such as defeating enemies, completing puzzles, and finding them in open areas. An explanation and guide of treasure chests locked behind world quests will be provided if there are any.

Lunar Highlands is one of the biggest area of Nod-Krai, and there are a ton of chest to find. To unlock this island, you need to complete the Pioneer World Quest. Afterwards, you can collect all the treasure chests on the island. Here are all the locations of the chests on Dunanna Pit that has been already been numbered in a single route you can follow!

• Chest 5 is an Exquisite Chest hidden inside a Material Storage Chest. You can defeat the enemy in the vicinity to unlock it
• Chest 7 is a Precious Chest that can be obtained by completing the Pioneer World Quest
• Chest 11 and 12 are Exquisite Chest and Common Chest respectively, hidden inside a Material Storage Chest
• Chest 14 is a Common Chest hidden inside a Material Storage Chest/li>
• Chest 15 is an Exquisite Chest that can be unlocked by defeating an enemy trapped inside a Material Storage Chest
• Chest 16 is an Exquisite Chest that can be unlocked by using the nearby Ancient Moon Pearl Launcher
• Chest 23 and 24 are Luxurious Chests that will spawn after you complete the Pioneer and Project Moongazer World Quests
• Chest 27 is a Luxurious Chest that will spawn after you complete the Pioneer World Quest (Note that it is on the underground map)

• Chest 32 is a Precious Chest that will appear only after you ride on the boat in the middle of the lake

• Chest 56 is a Common Chest that can be obtained by placing an apple on top of a stone in front of the Black Kuuhenki
• Chest 59 is a Precious Chest from the Visitors From the Stars World Quest
• Chest 60 is a Common Chest hidden behind a simple puzzle where you need to interact with a flower in front of a Black Kuuhenki and defeat the enemy spawned afterward
• Chest 67 is an Exquisite Chest that will appear once you saved the Black Kuuhenki in the water
