Boothill Best Team Compositions & Character Synergies

The Dahlia and Boothill have strong synergy, as she lets him deal Super Break damage before enemies are fully broken and boosts his speed and Weakness Break efficiency, allowing Boothill to take more turns and break enemies faster. The Dahlia is key to any Break team.

Boothill works really well with Fugue because she helps him build Pocket Trickshots much more quickly. If he can break both the enemy's normal Toughness bar and Fugue's extra Cloudflame Luster bar in one hit, he can get all three Trickshots immediately: two from the breaks and one from the enemy kill. She also boosts his overall Break damage since enemies can be broken twice instead of once. Another big advantage is that Fugue makes Boothill more reliable against enemies without Physical Weakness, so he doesn't have to rely on his Ultimate as often to apply it himself.

Ruan Mei is one of Boothill's best supports due to her contributions to his Break playstyle. She gives Weakness Break Efficiency, Break Effect, speed and even delays enemies after they're broken. The extra Weakness Break Efficiency lets Boothill break enemies much faster, helping him build Pocket Trickshot stacks and trigger his Physical Break damage sooner. Her Break Effect buff also directly increases his damage output while the speed boost helps him take more turns.

Silver Wolf pairs well with Boothill because her Skill can implant a weakness based on an ally's element, making it easier for Boothill to face enemies that would otherwise lack Physical Weakness. She can also implant Quantum Weakness which allows Boothill to equip the Genius of Brilliant Stars Relic Set and make use of it's full DEF reduction. Silver Wolf's DEF reduction and other debuffs greatly increase the damage enemies take, boosting both Boothill's damage as well.
