Luocha's Best Light Cone

Listed below are the Light Cones we recommend for Luocha.

Echoes of the Coffin

Increases the wearer's ATK by 24.0 / 28.0 / 32.0 / 36.0 / 40.0%. After the wearer uses an attack, for each different enemy target the wearer hits, regenerates 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 Energy. Each attack can regenerate Energy up to 3 time(s) this way. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies gain 12 / 14 / 16 / 18 / 20 SPD for 1 turn.

Echoes of the Coffin is Luocha's signature light cone and his BiS. It increases his ATK and after he uses an attack of dofferent enemies he will regenerate 3 energy with each attack regenerating a max of 3 times. In addition to this useful energy regeneration Luocha will also increase all allies SPD by 12 when he uses his ultimate. This light cone is very useful for Luocha as he scales his outgoing HP from his ATK%.

Perfect Timing

Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 16.0 / 20.0 / 24.0 / 28.0 / 32.0% and increases Outgoing Healing by an amount that is equal to 33.0 / 36.0 / 39.0 / 42.0 / 45.0% of Effect RES. Outgoing Healing can be increased this way by up to 15.0 / 18.0 / 21.0 / 24.0 / 27.0%.

Perfect timing will increase Luocha's Effect RES by 32% at S5 and increasing the amount of outgoing healing he provides by 45% of his Effect RES up to 27%. This will require you to build Luocha with more Effect RES in turn negating the chances of getting crowd controlled as much. Mainly this light cone provides Luocha with a significant increase in outgoing healing which is his primary role as a sustain.

Quid Pro Quo

At the start of the wearer's turn, regenerates 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 Energy for a randomly chosen ally (excluding the wearer) whose current Energy is lower than 50.0%.

Quid Pro Quo is another good light cone option for Luocha, at the start of his turn he regenerates 16 energy for a random ally whose current energy is 50% or less helping to increase the frequency of allies being able to use their ultimate.

Shared Feeling

Increases the wearer's Outgoing Healing by 10.0 / 12.5 / 15.0 / 17.5 / 20.0%. When using Skill, regenerates 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 Energy for all allies.

Shared Feeling is a 4-star light cone that provides a 20% increase in outgoing healing. In addition it also regenerates 4 energy for every ally when he uses his skill. This light cone is great for generating energy and for increasing his overall outgoing healing.

Dream's Montage

Increases the wearer's SPD by 8.0 / 9.0 / 10.0 / 11.0 / 12.0%. After attacking enemy targets that are Weakness Broken, regenerates 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 Energy. This effect can trigger up to 2 time(s) per turn.

These are the best Relic sets for Luocha.

Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder

2-Piece Set: Increases SPD by 6.0%.

4-Piece Set: When the wearer or their memosprite provides healing to ally targets other than themselves, the wearer gains "Gentle Rain," which lasts for 2 turn(s) and can only trigger once per turn. While the wearer has "Gentle Rain," SPD increases by 6.0% and all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 15.0%. This effect cannot stack.

This 4-piece set is Luocha's BiS as it provides him with increased SPD and when he provides outgoing healing to his allies he gains "Gentle Rain" which increases his SPD by 6% and his allies' Crit DMG by 15%. This is a great relic set for many healers in general.

4-Piece Set: At the start of the battle, immediately regenerates 1 Skill Point.

Fleet of the Ageless

2-Piece Set: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12.0%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8.0%.

Fleet of the Ageless is a great Planar option for Luocha as it increases his max HP by 12% and when his SPD is 120 or more all allies receive an increased ATK by 8%. This set increases not only his allies ATK % but also his own which is perfect as he scales his outgoing healing off his ATK %.

Lushaka, the Sunken Seas

2-Piece Set: Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5.0%. If the wearer is not the first character in the team lineup, then increases the ATK of the first character in the team lineup by 12.0%.

Lushaka provides Luocha with an increased Energy Regen Rate by 5% which is great for helping him to get his ultimate quicker as well as providing the first character with increased ATK % which is perfect for teams running an ATK % focused DPS.

Broken Keel

2-Piece Set: Increases the wearer's Effect RES by 10.0%. When the wearer's Effect RES is at 30.0% or higher, all allies' CRIT DMG increases by 10.0%.

Another good choice for Luocha, increases his Effect RES by 10% in addition to increasing CRIT DMG for his team when his own Effect RES is above 30%. Any Crit team will highly benefit from this.

Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding

2-Piece Set: Increases the wearer's SPD by 6.0%. When the wearer's SPD is 135/180 or higher, the wearer and their memosprite's Outgoing Healing increases by 12.0%/20.0%.

Giant Tree provides increased SPD for Luocha by 6% and when his SPD is 135/180 or more his outgoing healing is increased by 12%/20%. This planar is nice for just trying to achieve that extra bit of SPD and outgoing healing that he may need.

Penacony, Land of the Dreams

2-Piece Set: Increases wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5.0%. Increases DMG by 10.0% for all other allies that are of the same Type as the wearer.

Penacony Land of the Dreams performs best when Luocha is paired with teammates who share his element. It grants him 5% increased Energy Regeneration Rate, helping him use his Ultimate more frequently, while also increasing the DMG of all other allies with the same element by 10%. The extra Energy Regeneration improves his Ultimate uptime, and the team-wide DMG provides a valuable boost to the team's overall damage output.

Character Overview

Luocha is easily one of the better healers in the game if you want to keep your team alive without constantly using up all your Skill Points. Unlike most other Abundance characters who scale off HP, Luocha's healing scales directly off his ATK stat. He is simple and easy sustain unit who offers stability an ease. Newer sustain characters might offer more higher end offensive buffs, but if your priority is a simple, stress free healer who lets your damage dealers hog all the Skill Points, Luocha is still the go to sustain.

Kit Overview

His entire kit revolves around his Abyss Flower zone, which you activate by building two stacks from using his Ultimate and Skill. Once this zone is up, whenever an ally attacks they instantly heal themselves. To make things even safer, his Skill has a passive emergency auto heal that triggers for free when an ally drops below 50% HP, saving them without consuming a Skill Point.

For an extra benefit, his Skill can cleanses debuffs from your team through his bonus traces, his Ultimate deals AoE Imaginary damage while removing buffs from all enemies and he has built in resistance to crowd control so he rarely gets frozen or stunned while doing his job.

E6 – When Luocha uses his Ultimate there is a 100% chance to reduce every enemy All-Type RES by 20% for 2 turns.
E1 – Luocha's zone when active increases all allies ATK by 20%.
E2 – Luocha's E2 will increase the outgoing healing by 30% when an ally has HP less than 50%, if HP is 50% or higher instead the ally will receive a shield equal to 18% of Luocha's ATK plus 240. This happens when Luocha's skill has been triggered.
E4 – During Luocha's active zone enemies are weakened and also deal 12% less damage.
