"Miles Apart" Quest Item

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 35g corn oil, 40g milk, 50g cake flour, 30g granulated sugar, half a lemon Instructions: 1. Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls. 2. In a new bowl, add 35g corn oil and 40g milk, whisk until yogurt-like consistency. 3. Add egg yolks and cake flour, mix until smooth. 4. Take egg whites from refrigerator, add lemon juice, gradually add sugar in three portions and whip thoroughly. 5. Take 1/3 of the meringue and fold into the egg yolk mixture until evenly combined. 6. Pour the mixed cake batter into the meringue bowl and fold until evenly combined. 7. Pour cake batter into mold, use a toothpick to pop surface bubbles. 8. Bake in oven at 150°C for 60 minutes.
