The list below is following the stat priority of Hit rating to cap > Agility > Critical Strike rating; > Armor Penetration rating; > Attack Power; > Haste rating; > Stamina. Make sure to account for the various raid buffs and debuffs that provide hit when checking for your hit rating cap.
