Potions

Your potion options are very close and will largely depend on your gear. Early on Potion of Speed Icon Potion of Speed should be slightly better, while Potion of Wild Magic Icon Potion of Wild Magic becomes better the more you gear up. Regardless, the difference is very minor; use whichever fits you better. It is also recommended to always carry a stack of Runic Healing Potion Icon Runic Healing Potions on you as they can sometimes save your life, especially during trash pulls.

Food Buff

You have a few options for your food buff, all of which provide the same stats. Choose which one you use according to the prices on your server. You may also have someone in your raid providing the Fish Feast Icon Fish Feast, saving you some gold on food buffs.

Best Profession Consumables for Shadow Priest in Wrath of the Lich King

Engineering
