Zenless Zone Zero Bangboo Overview

Bangboo are a 4th squad member that support the active Agent in combat. Bangboo come in S-Rank and A-Rank rarities, like Agents. Each Bangboo has 3 skills it will use in combat.

• An active skill with a short cooldown that it will automatically use. They can range from dealing damage to an enemy, or charging energy for the currently active Agent.
• A passive skill that will always be active as long as a condition is met. These conditions range from having Agents of a certain faction on your team, Agents of a specific Attribute, or Agents of a specific Fighting Style.
• A Bangboo Chain Attack with a longer cooldown that can be used to contribute big damage to the team.

Like Agents, Bangboo can be leveled and ascended. Leveling them up will increase their base stats, while ascending them will increase their skill multipliers. Both of these will allow them to support your Agents even better

Bangboo are only obtained from the Bangboo Channel Signal Search. To use this Signal Search, you will need Coup-Ens, which can only be obtained through gameplay and cannot be obtained through purchases. The list of currently obtainable bangboo can be found on the Bangboo page.

Bangboo are only around knee-height in size, but they're indispensable helpers in New Eridu's daily operation. After years of research and development, Bangboo are widely and comprehensively used in many scenarios. Many factories also provide customization services to allow for specific Bangboo functions for different groups of people. What can Bangboo be used for?

Bangboo were originally created to assist New Eridu residents with evacuation in Hollow disasters. When a Hollow occurs in New Eridu's residential areas, Bangboo will immediately receive disaster information and evacuation guidance from the public network, and help people around them avoid the hazard-prone areas.

Now, thanks to technological advancement and emerging diverse needs, Bangboo have evolved from simple helper intelligent devices for disaster avoidance to more comprehensive and versatile intelligent individuals. Some pro version Bangboo even go deep into Hollows with Investigators and help with various operations.
