Red Moccus is available from the Bangboo Channel and can be selected as your guaranteed S-Rank. Red Moccus can not be pulled from the Stable Channel, Exclusive Channel or the W-Engine Channel. When selected, Red Moccus will have "100% UP" listed so that you know who you chose.
