You should use Saber's Eye of Agility Icon Saber's Eye of Agility in one socket, and Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire Icon Versatile Maelstrom Sapphire in all other sockets.

3. Consumables

Flask of Ten Thousand Scars Icon Flask of Ten Thousand Scars (survivability) or Flask of the Seventh Demon Icon Flask of the Seventh Demon (DPS) should be used for raids along with Unbending Potion Icon Unbending Potion (survivability) or Potion of the Old War Icon Potion of the Old War (DPS), or Potion of Prolonged Power Icon Potion of Prolonged Power (for a mixture of survivability and DPS). You should eat Seed-Battered Fish Plate Icon Seed-Battered Fish Plate for the Versatility buff (or Koi-Scented Stormray Icon Koi-Scented Stormray, if you cannot afford the +375 food). Ancient Healing Potion Icon Ancient Healing Potion can be used in place of Healthstones.

If you can afford it, you should also use the Legion augment rune: Defiled Augment Rune Icon Defiled Augment Rune. Note that it now works in Mythic+ dungeons (it did not used to).
