The Cerulean Tidestrike set. Cerulean waters stretch endlessly, waves rising in boundless motion. In the hero's grasp, the blade mirrors this flow, unceasing and determined to cleanse all that is tainted.
Across the universe, chaos is never without its followers, but neither is order without its guardians. In the steel jungle of the 118th world, such guardians exist in the shadows, known as "The Tideforged Order." They drift between high-rises like passing tides, concealing themselves beneath wide-brimmed hats as they quietly erase threats that would disrupt the fragile balance of peace. An outsider whose origins were unknown and whose movements were difficult to trace, Octavia was once mistaken for one such threat. Steel met steel in their first encounter, yet from that clash came understanding. As the people of Teyvat say, true recognition often follows a crossing of blades. With the misunderstanding laid to rest, suspicion gave way to trust, and strangers became allies. Impressed by her exceptional combat skill, The Tideforged Order later invited Octavia to serve as an external instructor, entrusting her with the training of their disciples. The attire she wore in this role has since been carefully preserved, kept as a record of this rare meeting.
