Alyosha Guide & Best Builds

Welcome to our Alyosha build guide for Genshin Impact. Alyosha is a 4-Star Electro Polearm support character who provides off-field Electro application, healing, and buffs for Stellar Conduct teams. In our guide, we'll cover everything you need to know about how he is best built, including his top artifacts, weapons, stat priorities, and playstyle.

Best Weapons for Alyosha

Listed below are Alyosha's best weapons. Alyosha mainly wants Energy Recharge to use his Elemental Burst every rotation, while also benefiting from ATK due to his healing and damage scaling.

Engulfing Lightning R1

Timeless Dream: Eternal Stove

Base ATK: 608

Energy Recharge: 55.1%

ATK increased by 28% / 35% / 42% / 49% / 56% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80% / 90% / 100% / 110% / 120% ATK. Gain 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% / 50% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst.

Engulfing Lightning is looking to be Alyosha's best weapon. He needs a large amount of Energy Recharge and ATK to function properly, and this weapon provides both. It gives a massive amount of Energy Recharge while also converting part of that Energy Recharge into additional ATK through its passive.
Symphonist of Scents R1

Seasoned Symphony

Base ATK: 608

CRIT DMG: 66.2%

ATK is increased by 12% / 15% / 18% / 21% / 24%. When the equipping character is off-field, ATK is increased by an additional 12% / 15% / 18% / 21% / 24%. After initiating healing, the equipping character and the character(s) they have healed will obtain the "Sweet Echoes" effect, increasing their ATK by 32% / 40% / 48% / 56% / 64% for 3s. This effect can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.

Symphonist of Scents is a decent damage-focused option thanks to its CRIT substat. It also works well with Alyosha because he can heal, allowing him to activate the weapon passive and provide ATK buffs for both himself and the main DPS.
Favonius Lance R5

Windfall

Base ATK: 565

Energy Recharge: 30.6%

CRIT Hits have a 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% / 100% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12s / 10.5s / 9s / 7.5s / 6s.

Favonius Lance will most likely be Alyosha's next best option in most scenarios. It provides Energy Recharge, helping him use his Elemental Burst every rotation to maintain Electro application. It also generates particles for the entire team, which is especially valuable when paired with characters such as Sandrone who also have Energy requirements.
Song of the Vigil R1

Cadence of Days Gone By

Base ATK: 565

Elemental Mastery: 110

Triggering an Elemental Reaction regenerates 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 Elemental Energy for the equipping character. This effect can trigger once every 9s. On the other hand, triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their ATK by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field.

Song of the Vigil is another strong option, providing Elemental Mastery from its secondary stat while also giving both Energy and ATK through its passive. This makes it a well-rounded choice for Alyosha in reaction-focused teams.
Tamayuratei no Ohanashi R5

Busybody's Running Light

Base ATK: 565

Energy Recharge: 30.6%

Increase ATK by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% and Movement SPD by 10% for 10s when using an Elemental Skill.

Tamayuratei no Ohanashi is another great option that helps solve both Energy Recharge and ATK requirements. Alyosha wants both stats heavily, especially if you are using him as a sub-DPS while still expecting good healing from his ATK scaling.
"The Catch" R5

Shanty

Base ATK: 510

Energy Recharge: 45.9%

Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 16% / 20% / 24% / 28% / 32% and Elemental Burst CRIT Rate by 6% / 7.5% / 9% / 10.5% / 12%.

The Catch is a strong option if you are playing Alyosha more as an off-field damage dealer. It provides Energy Recharge and increases Elemental Burst damage, making it one of his best free-to-play options for Burst-focused builds.
Frostbreath R5

A Cast Real Far

Base ATK: 510

Energy Recharge: 45.9%

Triggering a Cryo or Hydro-related elemental reaction increases the equipping character's ATK by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% for the next 15s, as well as regenerates 6 / 7.5 / 9 / 10.5 / 12 Elemental Energy for other members of their party. This effect can trigger once every 16s.

Frostbreath is another interesting option that fills a similar role to Favonius Lance, as it can provide Energy particles for the team. However, it has an additional condition, requiring you to trigger a Cryo- or Hydro-related reaction every 16s to activate its passive.

Best Artifacts for Alyosha

Noblesse Oblige

Noblesse Oblige

2-Piece Set: Elemental Burst DMG +20%

4-Piece Set: Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

Noblesse Oblige is looking to be Alyosha's go-to artifact set. He is most likely going to be played alongside ATK-scaling DPS characters such as Sandrone or Odette, making the team-wide ATK buff extremely valuable. Since Alyosha wants to use his Elemental Burst every rotation, he can maintain the set's buff consistently.
Heart of the Furnace

Heart of the Furnace

2-Piece Set: ATK +18%.

4-Piece Set: Increases the equipping character's ATK by 12% for 12s when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. The above effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field, and he DMG bonus from multiple Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.

Heart of the Furnace gives Alyosha 30% ATK, alongside a large teamwide Stellar reaction DMG Bonus. However, if you are playing Odette, she will usually be the one using this set, meaning Alyosha will use Noblesse Oblige instead. If your team has no other Heart of the Furnace user, Alyosha can use this set as well.

Alyosha's Stat Priority

Sands of Eon: ATK % / Energy Recharge
Goblet of Eonothem: ATK %
Circlet of Logos: ATK % / CRIT Rate (With Favonius)
Substats: Energy Recharge (to requirements) > ATK % > CRIT Rate (With Favonius)

Alyosha mainly needs two stats: Energy Recharge and ATK. Energy Recharge is important because his Elemental Burst is his main source of damage, healing, and Electro application, and he wants to use it every rotation. His passive Suffer the Winter Wheat Will also increases his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst damage based on his Energy Recharge.

ATK is also valuable because Alyosha's healing scales from ATK, and it also increases his personal damage. If you are using Favonius Lance, you should also build enough CRIT Rate to trigger the weapon passive reliably.

Recommended Stats for Alyosha

Build recommendations assume a support-focused Alyosha. His exact Energy Recharge needs will depend on the team, weapon, and whether another Electro character is present.

ATK: 2,000 - 2,800+
CRIT Rate: 40 - 60% (Favonius)
Energy Recharge: 150 - 180%

Alyosha's Talent Priority

Talent Priority: Hunter's Advance > Thunderbolt Strike >>> Skirmishing Spear

Alyosha's Elemental Burst, Hunter's Advance, is his most important talent because it provides his main off-field Electro application, damage, and healing. His Elemental Skill, Thunderbolt Strike, should be leveled next because it provides additional damage and activates Hunter's Mark. His Normal Attack can usually be ignored.

How to Play Alyosha

Alyosha is an Electro Burst support whose playstyle follows a simple support rotation. In most teams, you use his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, then swap to your main DPS.

His Elemental Burst, Hunter's Advance, is the most important part of his kit. It summons Tugarin and creates a Fulgurite Hunting Field, which provides off-field Electro damage and healing. This is especially important in Stellar Conduct teams, where Alyosha needs to maintain consistent Electro application.

His Elemental Skill, Thunderbolt Strike, applies Hunter's Mark and helps activate Hunter's Precision, providing additional buffs for the team. Because of this, Alyosha should use his Skill every rotation before swapping out.

Alyosha wants a large amount of Energy Recharge so he can cast his Elemental Burst every rotation, while also stacking ATK to improve his healing and personal damage. His role is not to stay on-field for long, but to set up his buffs, apply Electro, heal the team, and enable stronger Stellar Conduct damage.

Alyosha's Best Constellations

Alyosha has several interesting constellations, and because he is a 4-Star character, they will be more accessible for many players over time.

Investment Priority: Constellation 2 > Constellation 6 > Constellation 1

Frostvale Thunderclap (C1) is a useful quality-of-life constellation that helps solve his Energy requirements. It regenerates Energy when nearby party members trigger Electro-related reactions, making it easier for Alyosha to use his Elemental Burst every rotation.

Howl From Afar (C2) should be the first major goal. It extends the duration of Hunter's Advance by 6 seconds, giving Alyosha much better uptime on his Burst effects. This is a massive upgrade for the entire team, especially in Stellar Conduct teams.

Standard Reclaimed (C6) is his strongest support constellation. It allows Hunter's Precision to stack up to 2 times, and at 2 stacks it also increases the Elemental Mastery of affected characters by 100. This greatly improves Alyosha's value as a Stellar Conduct support and makes him one of the strongest supports for this reaction archetype.
