It additionally provides HP whenever an ally uses their Ultimate, further improving team survivability.

Increases the wearer's Outgoing Healing by 12.0 / 15.0 / 18.0 / 21.0 / 24.0%. When an ally target's current HP percentage is greater than or equal to 50.0%, increases the DMG dealt by 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0 / 18.0 / 20.0%.

This is a great 4-star Light Cone for Bailu, further increasing her healing. Additionally, it boosts an allies damage when their HP is above 50%, allowing Bailu to support both survivability and team damage output.

Multiplication

After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, their next action will be Advanced Forward by 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0 / 18.0 / 20.0%.

While this Light Cone does very little to increase Natasha's healing, Multiplication allows Bailu to have more turns dealing Basic Attacks and therefore generate more Skill Points for the party.

2-Piece Set: Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 5.0%. If the wearer is not the first character in the team lineup, then increases the ATK of the first character in the team lineup by 12.0%.

Bailu is a solid healer and generally worth investing in, especially if you need sustain for slightly tougher content or a second team. Her healing is reliable and her Talent can prevent an ally from being knocked out, which can be very valuable in critical moments. However, she lacks a cleanse and her Skill's extra healing is random, which makes her less consistent compared to some alternatives.

Her build focuses on stacking HP to strengthen her healing with additional DEF for survivability. Speed is also important; aim for high SPD to ensure she takes enough turns to provide as much healing as she can. Sets that boost SPD and support allies, like Messenger, help improve both her uptime and team performance.

As a standard unit, Bailu will naturally gain Eidolons over time. While they aren't especially impactful compared to other characters, they still offer useful improvements. Her E1 provides a small but helpful Energy boost when Invigoration ends on a fully healed ally. Her E4 allows her to grant an ally she heals slightly increased DMG for a number of turns, making that ally slightly stronger for a short period.
