Higher PEN Ratio means all DPS Agents, especially well-built characters, will have better DMG ceilings. In our guide, we will cover everything you need to know to get the most out of your Alexandrina, from building the best Drive Discs and W-Engines, to important stat priorities and combos.

Alexandrina Sebastiane's Best W-Engines

Listed below are Alexandrina's best W-Engines. While W-Engines are listed in a priority order, what is best to build can vary slightly depending on your team composition or account funding.

While off-field, the equipper's Energy Regen increases by 0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2/s. Attacks from the equipper increase all units' DMG against a struck target by 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% for 3 seconds. During this period, this effect is further increased by 1.7/2/2.5/3/3.3% every 0.5s, up to a maximum additional increase of 10.2/12/15/18/19.8%. Repeated triggers only refresh the duration without refreshing the DMG increase effect. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Any squad members' Dodge Counter, EX Special Attack, Assist Attack, or Chain Attack respectively generates 20/23/26/29/32/25/28.5/32/35.5/40/30/34.5/39/43.5/48/35/40/45/50/55 more Decibels and generates 0.7/0.8/0.9/1/1.1 Energy for the equipper. This effect can trigger once every 12s. The cooldown for each type of attack is independent of others. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Elegant Vanity and Other Alternatives

When any squad member enters the field through a Quick Assist, Chain Attack, Defensive Assist, or Evasive Assist, the equipper gains 5/5.5/6/6.5/7 Energy. This effect can trigger once every 5s. When the equipper consumes 25 or more Energy, the DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 10/11.5/13/14.5/16%, stacking up to 2 times, and lasting 20s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad.

4-Piece Set: When the equipper is a Support character and uses an EX Special Attack or Ultimate, the DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 18% for 25s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Swing Jazz

2-Piece Set: Energy Regen +20%
4-Piece Set: Launching a Chain Attack or Ultimate increases all squad members' DMG by 15% for 12s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Astral Voice

2-Piece Set: ATK +10%
4-Piece Set: Whenever any squad member enters the field using a Quick Assist, all squad members gain 1 stack of Astral, up to a maximum of 3 stacks, and lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Each stack of Astral increases the DMG dealt by the character entering the field using a Quick Assist by 8%. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Freedom Blues

2-Piece Set: Anomaly Proficiency +30
4-Piece Set: When an EX Special Attack hits an enemy, reduce the target's Anomaly Buildup RES to the equipper's Attribute by 20% for 8s. This effect does not stack with others of the same attribute.

Alexandrina Sebastiane's Stat Priority

When building Alexandrina, prioritize getting 72% PEN Ratio first. This allows her Core Passive: Mini Destruction Partner to reach its buff cap. Afterwards, consider building Anomaly Proficiency, PEN, or ATK to improve her personal DPS.

Alexandrina Sebastiane's Skill Priority

Alexandrina's most important skill to level by far is her Core skill since it decreases how much PEN Ratio you need to hit buff cap. You can prioritize her Ultimate, Special Attack, then Basic Attack next, as they help her deal more DMG. Follow up with building Assist and Dodge last.

How to Play Alexandrina Sebastiane

Alexandrina Sebastiane's gameplay primarily revolves around using her Bangboos Drusilla and Anastella to support her squad's damage capabilities by increasing their PEN Ratio.

When Drusilla and Anastella are on the field, they will remain in the area for a set period of time before automatically returning to Rina's side. While they are on the field, Drusilla and Anastella provide a PEN Ratio buff to other squad members, increasing their damage output. This is from Rina's Core Passive: Mini Destruction Partner.

You can recall Drusilla and Anastella via Basic Attack: Shoo the Fool at any time, or if they time-out. Ideally, you recall them if your DPS Agents are no longer within buff range. The Mindscape Dance Duet also extends their on-field time, allowing Alexandrina to stay off-field longer.

If you play Alexandrina in a mono Electric squad, she also passively increases the Shock duration of enemies. Thanks to Additional Ability: Banquet of Perfection, any Shocked enemies on the field will also increase all Agents' Electric DMG.

Alexandrina Sebastiane's Best Mindscapes

Alexandrina is well suited to any team composition at any Mindscape level, such as M0. Most of her strengths come from building her Core Passive: Mini Destruction Partner, W-Engine, and Drive Discs correctly.
However, players may find it more comfortable to have Dance Duet, which increases the on-field duration of Drusilla and Anastella. This Mindscape also increases the squad's Electric DMG dealt as well.

Additional Mindscape levels are also beneficial, but the next notable one is Stormy Night's Fright, which increases her support potential in an Electric focused squad. As this is a cost-heavy investment, consider investing in other Agents first.
