One of the Factions you can find in Zenless Zone Zero is the Krampus Compliance Authority!
The Krampus Compliance Authority, or just Krampus, is a faction in Zenless Zone Zero that works under TOPS.
Unlike other groups, Krampus is not a company but an internal body. Their job is to make sure all the companies under TOPS follow the rules and do not cross any ethical lines. Basically Krampus is more like TOPS's internal watchdog.
If someone breaks those rules, Krampus steps in to "correct" things... usually in ways that make others think twice about doing the same. That is why the faction has such a scary reputation inside TOPS, especially thanks to members like Zhao, who is basically seen as a walking disaster by other employees.
The name "Krampus" actually comes from the old Germanic legend of a creature who punished naughty children, which fits perfectly with what this faction does. Dialyn, one of its agents, helps carry out these missions to keep TOPS's empire in line.
