Phoenix's Core Passives
Phoenix's Anomaly Proficiency increases by 85 points;
When any squad member deals Attribute Anomaly DMG to an enemy, it inflicts the [Scorch] status on them for 20s; When enemies under the [Scorch] status take Attribute Anomaly DMG, it has a chance to trigger a critical hit with a Base CRIT Rate of 30% and CRIT DMG of 25%. If Phoenix's initial Anomaly Mastery exceeds 155 points, each point of Anomaly Mastery beyond that threshold additionally increases this effect's CRIT Rate by 0.7%;
Enemies under the [Scorch] status take Fire DMG based on a certain ATK multiplier of Phoenix every 8s. This DMG is considered [EX Special Attack] DMG;
During [Burning Attack], Anti-Interrupt level is increased. When dealing DMG, [Pyre] is recovered. Phoenix can hold a maximum of 120 [Pyre];
After Phoenix is defeated and leaves the field, the [Resurrection] effect can be triggered, allowing her to be switched back in and recover 50% of Max HP. This effect can trigger once every 1,200s;
When Phoenix triggers a Perfect Block effect, she gains 5 [Pyre]. This effect can trigger once every 10s;
When Phoenix activates [EX Special Attack], she enters the [Withering Bloom] state for 10s. Landing [Burning Attack] hits or reapplying it refreshes the duration;
While in the [Withering Bloom] state, after activating [EX Special Attack: Dazzling Flame], the next activation of [EX Special Attack: Dazzling Flame] will be replaced with [EX Special Attack: Falling Sun].
When another character in your squad is an [Anomaly] Character or a Character of the same Faction:
The CRIT DMG of Attribute Anomaly DMG dealt to enemies afflicted with [Scorch] is increased by 15%.
Phoenix's Skills
Basic Attacks
Press 
to activate:
Launches up to 4 attacks forward, dealing Fire DMG;
The 3rd and 4th hits of the [Basic Attack] are considered [Burning Attacks].
When [Burn Flame] is sufficient, consume 90 [Burn Flame] and hold to activate:
Phoenix hurls her weapon, dealing massive Fire DMG to enemies in front;
When the Finishing Move hits enemies afflicted with Ice Attribute Anomaly, Ether Attribute Anomaly, Electric Attribute Anomaly, Fire Attribute Anomaly, Physical Attribute Anomaly, or Wind Attribute Anomaly, triggers 1 instance of the [Abloom] effect, dealing Attribute Anomaly DMG of the corresponding attribute at a 445.00% multiplier;
When this [Abloom] effect triggers a critical hit, its CRIT DMG is additionally increased by 40%
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
After activating [Special Attack: Plunder Fire], Press to activate:
Charges forward, dealing Fire DMG;
Counts as a [Burning Attack];
During this skill, press to chain into the 3rd hit of [Basic Attack].
Dodge Attacks

Assist
When the active character is launched, press

Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze.

Press after a Defensive Assist to activate:
Hurls weapon at the enemy, then recalls it to unleash a Slash, dealing Fire DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
Special Attacks
Press 
to activate:
After retreating, quickly launches an upward slash attack forward, dealing Fire DMG;
When Phoenix has the [Overclock] effect, hold to continuously charge;
During charging, release to activate [EX Special Attack: Blazing Slash], dealing massive Fire DMG;
DMG taken is reduced by 40% during the retreat and charge;
When Phoenix does not have the [Overclock] effect, during [Burning Attack] activation, press to skip the retreat action of [Special Attack: Fire Raid] and immediately follow up with [Special Attack: Fire Raid]'s upward slash attack;
If hit at the moment the upward slash attack begins and the attack lands on an enemy flashing red or yellow, a Perfect Block effect is triggered, granting Immunity to that instance of DMG. Press to directly launch the 3rd hit of [Basic Attack];
Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.
While the [Overclock] effect is active, during [Burning Attack], Press to activate:
Performs a powerful upward slash forward, dealing massive Fire DMG;
Hitting enemies with [Ultimate: Reversal of Fortune]'s heavy attack, as well as activating [EX Special Attack] 2 times (excluding [EX Special Attack: Blazing Slash]), grants 1 point of [Overclock];
If attacked at the moment the upward slash begins, or if the slash hits an enemy flashing red or yellow, a Perfect Block effect is triggered;
Character is invulnerable while using this skill. Press to chain into the 3rd hit of [Basic Attack].
With enough Energy, press 
to activate:
Rapidly spins the body, dealing massive Fire DMG to enemies;
If attacked at the moment the spin begins, or if the attack hits an enemy flashing red or yellow, a Perfect Block effect is triggered;

Chain Attacks
When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:
Unleashes a multi-hit attack forward, dealing Fire DMG;

When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press 
to activate:
Launches into the air before diving toward enemies, consuming all of the character's HP to trigger an explosion, dealing massive Fire DMG, entering the [Vitality Depleted] state, and triggering the next character's [Quick Assist];
Counts as a [Burning Attack];
Cannot actively attack while in the [Vitality Depleted] state;
After using this skill, press to activate [Ultimate: Cinderfire Soul Hunt];
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
When Phoenix enters [Vitality Depletion], activated upon switching to Phoenix or when Phoenix enters the field via Quick Assist:
Surrounds herself with flames, dealing Fire DMG to nearby enemies, exits [Vitality Depletion], and continuously recovers her own HP;
When the Finishing Move hits enemies afflicted with Ice Attribute Anomaly, Ether Attribute Anomaly, Electric Attribute Anomaly, Fire Attribute Anomaly, Physical Attribute Anomaly, or Wind Attribute Anomaly, triggers 1 instance of the [Abloom] effect, dealing Attribute Anomaly DMG of the corresponding attribute at a 597.00% multiplier;
When this [Abloom] effect triggers a critical hit, its CRIT DMG is additionally increased by 40%;

Phoenix's Mindscapes
When Phoenix enters the battlefield, she gains 1 point of [Overclock]. In Investigation Zone mode, this effect can trigger once every 180 second(s);
When Phoenix's attacks hit an enemy afflicted with [Scorch], or when any squad member triggers Attribute Anomaly DMG against an enemy afflicted with [Scorch], if the Attribute Anomaly DMG triggers a critical hit, its CRIT DMG is additionally increased by 25%;
When [Burning Attack] deals DMG, the acquisition efficiency of [Pyroblaze] is increased by 15%.
When Phoenix inflicts [Burn] on enemies, the effect's duration is increased by 3 sec.
DMG dealt by Phoenix to enemies under the [Scorched] state is increased by 30%.
Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2
When [Ultimate: Cinderfire Soulchaser] or [Basic Attack: Pyre of Penance] triggers the [Abloom] effect,
an additional special [Abloom] effect is triggered,
dealing Attribute Anomaly DMG of the corresponding attribute at a fixed 600% multiplier.
Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2
When Phoenix activates her [EX Special Attack], her Anomaly Buildup Rate increases by 15%, lasting 20s. Repeated triggers refresh the duration;
The number of [EX Special Attack] activations Phoenix needs to achieve [Overclock] is reduced by 1;
The [Abloom] effect triggered by Phoenix ignores 40% of enemies' DMG RES.
