I'm not sure what you mean here?

I speak English through Google translation.

So my words can be a little unnatural.

I hope you understand this point.

My question was this.

Will the increase in attack power of the Cobra Shot be more highly valued for the relics with the characteristics that enhance the Cobra Shot?

I recently went BM and gotten my 2 set bonus from NH. A guildy of mine helped me out a lot with talents and what not. Now that I've gotten the 2-set, i am confused on what talents to use. All i do know is that I have to use dire stable due to the nature of the bonus. Other than that, I have no clue. Any help is welcome :)

Same build applies as usual, the only thing that changes is not being able to use Dire Frenzy, but you've already mentioned that.

In Legendary Ranking, why can't see the Trinket(Kil'Jadenxx), is it means it's a trash?

Sorry if this have been asked, but does the BiS relics now includes unleash the beast (drop by Elisande) as Arcane ? Before NH was pack leader (now Guldan) and Jaws of thunder (Star Augur). I noticed Arcane relic in NH doesn't have Pack leader or Jaws. Would a mythic Xavius arcane relic be better ? Sorry for my bad english.

Skorpyron drops a Pack Leader arcane relic, I got it on my first night - http://www.wowhead.com/item=140827&bonus=3443

I'm not sure why the guide doesn't reflect this, my only thoughts would be purely the difference in ilvl between that one, and the one from Elisande, or because most fights in NH aren't pure single target.

Additionally, this list only includes items from the Nighthold, and does not include the plethora of items you could get from M+ dungeons.

I just got my legendary shoulders today.

I was wondering if on the opener do i Just drop both stacks off the back? And is it still just use on cool down?

I would.  The benefit of the shoulders is not to waste your cooldown reduction from procs (having Wild Call hit when you're already ~1s from refresh, etc), so I'd back to back DB right after popping BW in the opener, and keep it at zero charges at all times after that.

Trinket simulations just got updated and I noticed that they show Guarm Haste above Guarm Mastery, which is inconsistent with the stat weights claiming Mastery > Haste. Is there any explanation for this? I would assume that you're simming with gear that already has a very high Mastery (or a very low Haste), so the stats seem misleading when just looking at these results.

Also, the stat weights page claims that there are no softcaps or hardcaps on any stat, but Killer Cobra bursts should have distinct Haste softcaps for how many Kill Commands you are able to throw during the Bestial Wrath window depending on how much Haste you have. Have you looked into that at all?

Just got ilvl 900 Convergence of Fates but it sims lower than my ilvl 880 Bloodthirsty Instinct. Seems like Bloodthirsty Instinct is still top st/aoe trinket even if its 20 ilvls behind.

What's your second trinket? And yes, if you check the updated sims list it is the highest dps trinket for us. I was lucky enough to finally get my first one last night. I had an 895 stormsinger and a 900 nightblooming frond and replaced them with 880 bloodthirsty and my socketed arcanocrystal and went up by about 30k dps and my in game dps was a huuuge increase.

Yes, but not by a huge amount. You can check Relic value on the Simulations page.

As mentioned above, the same build applies, just make a swap on T2. Here's the guide's notes on it:

Quote

If you have the T19 2-piece bonus, Dire Frenzy Icon Dire Frenzy is never worth taking, and Stomp Icon Stomp should be taken for all situations.

Glad to see you got the help you needed.

It is definitely a solid trinket, even just as a stat stick. From the guide:

Quote

This is a powerful burst AoE legendary, and its heavy base stats makes it very powerful in general.

If you have it, you'll likely be using it a fair amount!

This has now been expanded upon on in the guide:

Quote

Note: The Farsight Spiritjewel is chosen over the Manatoxin Gland due to having +2 more weapon item level, making the relics essentially equal on a single-target. The tiebreaker is that Farsight Spiritjewel affects AoE, while Manatoxin Gland is a Kill Command relic, and thus less effective on AoE.

Hope it helps.

You were indeed correct, item level was the deciding difference here.

I believe you would pop the first charge as you normally would, then use the second when you are low on focus, at least for the opener. Then I'd keep it off CD.

I'm honestly not sure why this is the case. I will double check with Azor.

As for the other question, yes it has been taken into case and looked at already. The stat priority and lack of caps still stands as it is.

Definitely, at least from what we can see so far. BI seems to just dominate currently, even vs. a 905 CoF.

OK, got an answer: the set bonuses push Haste a fair amount and the sim was done using a low H:M ratio, so Haste was slightly inflated. If you're in a similar situation, abide by the sims. If you have unusually high Haste, take the Mastery one. If you're struggling to work out where you sit, sim it to double check.

This may be the wrong section for this question. If so, feel free to delete or remove it.

Is there any reason to NOT use the following macro:

/Dire Beast

/Titan's Thunder

My rational is: 1) you're assured to always use Titan's Thunder with at least 3 pets active, and constantly holding off until you have two Dire Beast's active would result in fewer casts over the course of a fight and therefore a DPS loss. 2) Even in the most pessimistic of situations (where Titan's Thunder always comes off CD immediately after a Dire Beast cast, thus resulting in a 10sec additional wait to cast) this would not result in any lost casts of Titan's Thunder unless the fight was 10min+

The one reason I could see to not use this macro would be the possibility of missing out on the Dire Beast's effect of Titan's Thunder on the boss since the Dire Beast summons at the hunter and needs to run to the boss. But I'm not sure how this is calculated. I don't know if the Dire Beast is summoned at the boss (for DPS purposes) even though you see it as being beside you.

I personally use this macro, but you do need to be careful as I've had instances of Dire Beast not going off first because I slightly mistimed the GCD. Or in other words, proceed with caution.

First of: Thank you very much to Azor for the amazing guides and Blainie for all the service provided - very much appreciated.

I have one question and one remark:
Concerning BM MT rotation, I am pretty certain it used to say that on 4+ targets it is best to just spam multishot as long as one has the Surge of the Stormgod trait. Has this really changed - on any number of targets? I did not see anything patch note wise that would explain this, but ofc I may have missed something.
And one remark: The pastebin-link for the WeakAura to track Beast Cleave uptime in "Easy Mode" under 4. Basic Rotation doesnt work anymore.

I believe as you summon DB, it will basically leap from your location to the boss. There is a slight delay, but it's not much. I think you can use the macro, just make sure you keep an eye on the distance from boss as well as your GCD (as mentioned above).

Here's a collection of hotfixes for Dragonflight, Season of Discovery and Cataclysm Classic for the past week, featuring class tuning in SoD, plenty of Season 4 fixes for retail most focused on items, and plenty more.
      Hotfixes (Source)
      Classes
Fixed a bug with damage dealt by Rip and Tear, Internal Combustion, and Tear Open Wounds in Awakened raids. Dungeons and Raids
Raid Finder now required item level 463 if the raid is Awakened. Brackenhide Hollow Addressed an issue where Stinkbreath can turn while casting Stinkbreath. Addressed an issue where Wilted Oak’s Necrotic Breath visual can be out of sync with the creature’s facing. Items
Veteran track items or items obtained from Awakened Outdoor Activities should now properly be able to be converted into Class Set items at the Revival Catalyst. Resolved multiple issues with Dragonflight Season 4 tier set items not functioning after equipping certain Season 3 set items. Dreambound gear caches from the Dreamsurge Coalesence vendor will now correctly award Season 4 Explorer 1/8 (item level 454 gear) and tokens will properly display the correct item level of its contents. Fixed an issue that prevented Tiered Medallion Setting from functioning on Season 4 necklaces. Fixed an issue preventing Season 4 crests from properly converting to their lower-tier currency. Season 3 (Dreaming) crests are now correctly removed from players’ currency tabs. Players have received a small amount of gold for their unused Dreaming Crests. Players can now earn up to 120 crests of each type per week in Dragonflight Season 4 (was a maximum of 90 per week in Season 3). This will allow for up to 8 upgrades per week, per crest type (was 6 in Season 3). Developers’ notes: For players who don’t reach their maximum crest earnings in a given week, we’ve implemented the increasing-seasonal-cap system from previous seasons. Please note that this increase is likely applicable to Season 4 only. We expect the weekly maximum to return to 90 for The War Within Season One. Quests
“A Multi-Front Battle” can now be completed. Resolved an issue where abandoning the quest “Something Worth Celebrating” could make it unavailable. Cataclysm Classic
The dates for Children’s Week have been adjusted so that the holiday begins and ends three days later than previously scheduled. Season of Discovery
Using an Unconscious Dig Rat no longer dismisses pets. Mage Displacement no longer functions if the most recent use of Blink was on a different continent or in a different instance. Players who have completed the quest “Warranty Claim” but have misplaced their Pristine G-7 C.O.R.E. Processor before handing in the quest “Salvaging the Salvagematic” may now speak with the Lost and Found vendor Rix Xizzix in Booty Bay to recover the misplaced quest item. Fixed a Sunken Temple issue where the Atal’ai Defenders encounter would not reset properly. Druid The Natural Weapons talents now increases all damage done by druids in Season of Discovery, instead of just physical damage. The Gale Winds rune now reduces the mana cost of Hurricane by 60%. Swiftmend no longer consumes a Rejuvenation or Regrowth effect on the target when used. Developers’ notes: Please note that it does still require Rejuvenation or Regrowth to be on the target to be used. Hunter Rapid Killing now reduces the cooldown of Rapid Fire by 80% (was a reduction of 2 minutes). Chimera Shot weapon damage percent increased to 135% (was 120%). Explosive Shot base damage before attack power increased by 50%. Sniper Training has an additional new effect: while Sniper Training is at 5 stacks, Aimed Shot is instant. Serpent Spread now causes Multi-shot to apply Serpent Sting to its targets for 12 seconds (was 6 seconds). Steady Shot now deals 100% weapon damage (was 75%). Developers’ notes: There are more adjustments coming for Hunters. In general, we intend to improve the ranged playstyle and diminish the melee playstyle so that the two become more equivalent. Paladin Seal of Righteousness damage can now be critical hits. Sacred Shield’s duration is extended to 60 seconds (was 30 seconds). Crusader Strike has now gained an additional effect: Crusader strike now refreshes all judgement effects active on the target to a 30 second remaining duration. Seal of Martyrdom can now “twist” with other seals, including Seal of Command. Developers’ notes: Seal twisting was an interesting emergent effect that became popular during the original Burning Crusade, that utilized the slower server messaging system used in early versions of WoW to slightly extend the duration of the paladin’s active seal for a short time whenever a second seal was cast. This effectively allowed paladins to momentarily gain the benefit of two seals at once if they timed the application of a new seal to line up perfectly just before their weapon swing. We recreated this playstyle in Burning Crusade Classic and since then it’s been a popular request in other versions of original WoW, including Season of Discovery. As the game matures and we continue to listen to player feedback however, we recognize that for some, this is part of the charm and uniqueness of playing a paladin during those early eras of WoW’s history. We consider this change to be experimental and we will watch the performance and behavior of Retribution closely after this change. Priest Shadowform now increases all shadow damage done by 25% (was 15%). Rogue Saber Slash bleed now stacks up to 5 times. Saber Slash bleed now also increases the impact damage done by Sinister Strike and Saber Slash by 15% per stack for the rogue who applied the bleed. Saber Slash bleed now deals 3% of the rogue’s Attack Power in damage per tick (was 5%). Shaman Mental Dexterity now only triggers from dealing damage with Stormstrike and Lava Lash, and it now lasts 30 seconds (was 10 seconds). Burn now increases Flame Shock Damage by 100% and flame shock DoT duration by 6 seconds, and causes Flame Shock to strike up to 5 targets (was 3 targets). Developers’ notes: We’ve received a lot of feedback about the overall usability of mental dexterity, particularly for Elemental Shamans. This ability was not intended to be used by elemental, so the adjustments we’ve made are to help ensure its usage is a bit more enhancement-centric. To compensate, we’ve increased the output and usability of the Burn rune, with a slight quality-of-life improvement in the form of a Flame Shock duration increase which allows two Lava Burst casts to be used within a single Flame Shock duration.

Next, we're looking at the Priest changes that went live in the second Alpha build. We've got some updates to Discipline's Atonement, and some tweaks to Shadow Priest's Collapsing Void.
      Priest
Atonement - Power Word: Shield, Flash Heal, Renew, Power Word: Radiance, and Power Word: Life apply Atonement to your target for 15 sec. Your spell damage heals all targets affected by Atonement for 40% 35% of the damage done. Healing increased by 50% 70% when not in a raid. Collapsing Void - Each time Penance damages or heals, Entropic Rift is expanded by 1 yd. After Entropic Rift ends, it collapses, rapidly dealing [ 120% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage up to 8 times to a random enemy, based on how many times it expanded. Each time Penance damages or heals, Entropic Rift is empowered, increasing its damage and size by 20%. After Entropic Rift ends, it collapses, dealing [ 500% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage split between all nearby enemies.

We'd like to introduce you to a game-changing nameplate addon for Season 4 that's essential for excelling in Mythic+ dungeons. Here's Quazii Plater!
Tracking every mob and their abilities in Mythic+ can be overwhelming, but this addon excels by replacing standard mob nameplates and cast bars to enhance your gameplay.
Once installed, mobs with critical interrupts will display a thick orange cast bar, while less crucial ones will show a thinner yellow bar.

Mobs with less crucial interrupts will have a thinner yellow cast bar.

Additionally, any mobs that inflict heavy frontal cone damage are marked with an arrow and feature orange cast bars. A voice alert will also prompt you to move by announcing "front."

The addon further assists by indicating non-interruptible spells that require crowd control with a purple cast bar and a vocal "cc" alert.

For tanks, if you're not holding aggro, the nameplates of the mobs will turn red, quickly showing you which ones to target.

There's also a handy visual cue on the cast bar, surrounded by a green border, signaling when you can interrupt an ability and your interrupt skill is off cooldown.

      Ready to try it out?
You can download Quazii Plater here.
For setup assistance, watch Quazii's comprehensive video guide.
Quazii has also created a Mythic+ cheatsheet that details all critical abilities for Season 4 dungeons, available in a text format.
