Character Explanation
The Destruction Trailblazer is a straightforward DPS character that focuses on dealing consistent Physical damage while applying solid Weakness Break pressure. Their kit offers a mix of single target and Blast attacks, with an Ultimate that can be tailored to the situation, either delivering a powerful hit against a single enemy or damaging multiple targets at once. While they lack the more complex mechanics seen in newer Trailblazer Paths, they remain a dependable option thanks to their reliable damage, good Toughness reduction and easy to build nature.
Destruction Trailblazer performs particularly well against Physical weak enemies and in encounters with multiple targets. Their flexible Ultimate allows them to adapt between boss fights and wave based content without much trouble. Since they don't rely on specific teammates or complicated setups to function, they fit comfortably into a wide variety of team compositions and can provide steady damage throughout a battle.
Kit Overview
Destruction Trailblazer's Basic ATK deals Physical damage to a single enemy while generating a Skill Point, making it a reliable option when managing resources. Their Skill expands on this by striking the main target and adjacent enemies, giving them some additional crowd controlling potential without sacrificing too much single target damage.
Their Ultimate can be used in one of two ways depending on the situation. Blowout: Farewell Hit focuses all of its power into a single target, making it ideal for bosses and endgame enemies, while Blowout: RIP Home Run trades some of that damage for greater area coverage by hitting nearby enemies as well. Their Talent, Perfect Pickoff, further boosts their damage by granting stacking ATK buffs whenever they inflict a Weakness Break. Altogether, the kit is simple but effective, offering a balance of consistent damage, flexible target coverage and strong synergy with Physical Weakness Breaks.

Trailblazer (Destruction)'s Best Eidolons
- E4 – Attacking Weakness Broken enemies increases the Trailblazer's Crit Rate by 25%. This Crit Rate helps them land Crit hits more consistently, resulting in higher overall damage and faster enemy defeats. It can also help trigger E6 more reliably, providing more consistent ATK buffs. Overall, this is considered the Trailblazer's most important Eidolon, as it greatly boosts both their personal damage.
- E1 – Enemies defeated by the Trailblazer's Ultimate regenerate 10 Energy for the Trailblazer. This improves Ultimate uptime and damage consistency, making it especially useful in content with multiple waves or large groups of weaker enemies.
- E6 – After the Trailblazer defeats an enemy, their Talent is triggered without requiring a Weakness Break to be inflicted. While this can be very useful in AoE encounters with multiple enemies, its significantly less useful for boss fights, where there are often few or no additional enemies to defeat therefore making it less impactful.
- E2 – Trailblazer restores 5% HP based off their ATK when attacking enemies with Physical Weakness. This is just a nice extra bit of self sustain although if the enemy doesn't have Physical weakness this will not make any impact.
