Introductions

Natasha is a 4-Star Physical Character following the Path of Abundance. Natasha is a great sustain option with strong flexibility across a wide range of teams. While she provides high amounts of healing, she can also deal damage and has a chance to apply Weakness to enemies.
Our Natasha Build Guide will show you the best Light Cones, Relics, and team compositions to help you build the best Natasha.

Natasha's Best Light Cone

Listed below are the Light Cones we recommend for Natasha.

Night of Fright
Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0 / 18.0 / 20.0%. When any ally uses their Ultimate, the wearer restores HP for the ally currently with the lowest HP percentage by an amount equal to 10.0 / 11.0 / 12.0 / 13.0 / 14.0% of the healed ally's Max HP. When the wearer provides healing for an ally, increases the healed ally's ATK by 2.4 / 2.8 / 3.2 / 3.6 / 4.0%. This effect can stack up to 5 times and lasts for 2 turn(s).

Night of Fright is a great 5-star Light Cone for Natasha as it increases her Energy Regeneration, allowing her to use her ultimate more often and keep her team consistently healed during fights. It also provides additional HP whenever an ally uses their Ultimate, further improving team survivability. In addition, when Natasha heals an ally, it increases their ATK.
Unto Tomorrow's Morrow
Increases the wearer's Outgoing Healing by 12.0 / 15.0 / 18.0 / 21.0 / 24.0%. When an ally target's current HP percentage is greater than or equal to 50.0%, increases the DMG dealt by 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0 / 18.0 / 20.0%.

Sources: Nameless Glory
Natasha's best 4-star Light Cone is Unto Tomorrow's Morrow which increases her outgoing healing and improves her overall sustain. Additionally, it boosts an allies DMG when their HP is above 50%, allowing her to support both survivability and damage output for her team.
Multiplication
After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, their next action will be Advanced Forward by 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0 / 18.0 / 20.0%.

Sources: Stellar Warp
While this Light Cone does very little to increase Natasha's healing, Multiplication allows Natasha to have more turns dealing Basic Attacks and therefore generate more Skill Points for the party.
Quid Pro Quo
At the start of the wearer's turn, regenerates 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 Energy for a randomly chosen ally (excluding the wearer) whose current Energy is lower than 50.0%.

Sources: Forgotten Hall Store, Echo of War
This Light Cone allows Natasha to provide an ally with up to 16 Energy, helping them use their Ultimate more frequently as long as someone in the team has less than 50% energy.
Post-Op Conversation
Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 8.0 / 10.0 / 12.0 / 14.0 / 16.0% and increases Outgoing Healing when they use their Ultimate by 12.0 / 15.0 / 18.0 / 21.0 / 24.0%.

Character Explanation Character Role

Character Explanation

Natasha is a free early-game healer designed to keep teams alive with steady healing over time and frequent team-wide heals. She is beginner-friendly and reliable in the early game, but her kit is slow, skill-point-heavy, and struggles to keep up with tougher late-game content. As stronger and more efficient sustain characters become available, she is often replaced, though she can still work with enough investment or in more defensive team setups. If you are struggling to obtain a stronger, more endgame sustain, Natasha is still a viable choice while you work toward building a stronger ally.

Character Role

Natasha is a sustain unit focused on keeping her team alive through consistent healing and regeneration. While she can deal small amounts of Physical damage, her primary role is to recover HP and stabilise the team during fights.

Natasha's Best Eidolons

  • E4 – Generates extra Energy when attacked, which directly improves her Ultimate uptime, making it the only Eidolon that meaningfully helps her consistency.
  • E2 – Adds a small extra heal over time effect to low HP allies after using her Ultimate. It only triggers under 30% HP, which makes it somewhat risky and inconsistent.
  • E6 – Adds bonus damage to her Basic ATK based on HP. While useful in theory, Natasha is not designed to deal damage, so this has limited practical value.
  • E1 – Provides a one-time self heal when she drops low. It can help in a pinch, but has minimal impact over the course of a fight.
  • E3 / E5 – Increases ability levels. These offer small stat improvements but nothing particularly impactful compared to other Eidolons.
