Mists of Pandaria Classic Demonology Warlock Enchants and Consumables

Enchants, Gems and Consumables are CRUCIAL to maximizing your damage as an Demonology Warlock. Too many times do I see people in raid without these and I cannot express how important it is to purchase and use these on your gear. Remember to put them on your new gear upgrades as well! These can be the difference from bottom and top of the meters.

Burning Primal Diamond is your optimal meta gem, offering both Intellect and a 3% boost to critical effect damage. Later in the expansion, Sinister Primal Diamond will be available and you'll switch to that.

• Red Sockets: Brilliant Primordial Ruby or Artful Vermilion Onyx
• Yellow Sockets: Fractured Sun's Radiance, Fractured Sun's Radiance, or Artful Vermilion Onyx
• Blue Sockets: Veiled Imperial Amethyst or Sensei's Wild Jade

Much like with gems, your food buffs should prioritize Intellect wherever possible. If you’re still lacking in Hit Rating, we highly suggest using the food that gives you Hit Rating instead.

• Mogu Fish Stew — Best overall
• Spicy Salmon — Use if you need Hit Rating
• Pandaren Banquet or Great Pandaren Banquet — Feast options

Use Flask of the Warm Sun for all PvE content as your go-to flask.

Potion of the Jade Serpent is your best potion choice for burst phases or pre-pull optimization. Be sure to pre-pot before the pull if the encounter is long enough to use a second potion later in the fight.
