'Change Your Perspective?' Anomaly Commission in Neverness to Everness

"Change Your Perspective?" is an Object Anomaly originating from engineering blueprints, capable of floating and moving through the air. You can find this Anomaly at the construction site east of the shopping district in New Herland District. The construction site is only a small area and you can tell it is affected by the Anomaly by the colorless part of the site. Once you approach the Anomaly, you will be transported to an Anomalous Realm.

To complete this commission, you need to capture the Unyielding Rejected Plan at the top of the structure. Around it, you can see multiple floating platforms. You can take advantage of those platforms to reach the top of the building, but with the help of certain items.

First of all, take the blue Unyielding Rejected Plan on top of the platform on the ground. It will immediately be added to your shortcut, and you can use it to change the perspective of your view.

Once you reach right before the red fence, tap the blue Unyielding Rejected Plan again to return to the original perspective and keep walking until you obtain another Unyielding Rejected Plan. This one will upgrade your previous blue Unyielding Rejected Plan.

With the items in hand, head upwards by constantly switching back-and-forth from the 2D perspective to 3D perspective, until you get the golden Unyielding Rejected Plan. This new plan will let you rotate the direction of your 2D view.

With these two items, you can now enter the 2D perspective, and rotate the view to head further upwards using the floating platforms, and reach the top of the structure.

At the top, you can collect the last Unyielding Rejected Plan to finally complete the Anomaly Commission and escape this Anomalous Realm.
