Shadow of Whitetail Tree Circle Mountain Highway is an Anomaly that disguises itself as an green old trailer truck with octopus tentacles. This Anomaly is different that other Anomalies because this truck is constantly moving. There is no fixed place to find this Anomaly, but the game has made it easier to find them by using the Track Anomaly function on the map. Once you track the Octowpus (official name of the truck), you can see its specific location on the map, and the game will also create a navigation line on the ground for you to follow.

Make sure to use a vehicle (preferably a car) when chasing after this Anomaly, as it is really fast and you may not be able to catch up with it on foot if its too far away from your current location.

Once you reach Octowpus's location in Miguel District, stand right in front of the truck so it will stop and reveal its true form. When it does, you will enter a battle against the Anomaly. Defeat the enemy to complete the Anomaly Commission.

Note that when you stop the truck from moving, there may be vehicles right behind the truck. If they also stopped driving, there is a huge chance they will be hit by collateral damage, thus increasing your Warrant Value. Prepare some Goodheart Crispy Mouse Cookie ready beforehand to reduce the Warrant Value if needed.
