How to Complete Court Boxer Anomaly Commission

Once you challenge the Anomaly for a fair fight, it will conjure a boxing ring in the middle of the rooftop and a challenge will started. Defeat the Rooftop Boxer within 60 seconds to complete the Anomaly Commission. Note there is no timer, so you cannot tell how much time has passed. But if you did not defeat it within the time limit, the challenge will fail and the boxing ring will disappear. You can then talk to the Rooftop Boxer again for a rematch.
