Neverness to Everness Beyond the Rails Guide
Learn about the Beyond the Rails Endgame in Neverness to Everness! Our Endgame overview provides a brief explanation on how to unlock the game mode, how it functions, the rewards it gives, and the current information for every stop.
Beyond The Rails Endgame Game Mode
Beyond the Rails is a combat-focused end-game mode in Neverness to Everness that gives you rewards for fighting groups of enemies and bosses. This game mode consists of a total of 22 Stops with each consisting of at least one fight and most consisting of an Inbound and Outbound half with different teams.
How to Unlock Beyond the Rails?
Beyond the Rails can only be unlocked after reaching Hunter Level 12. After which you can travel to the train station and complete the quest Norms on the Anomaly Express to unlock the game mode.
Current Beyond the Rails Duration
The current event runs from June 3rd to June 17th.
Beyond the Rails typically resets every 14 days.
Miss Levi's Gift
During both sections of Beyond the Rail, you can spend Shadowquill to unlock Skill effects for the Inbound or Outbound sections of the fights. Two Skill Effects can be added per stop (one for each side). Once assigned, that specific skill can not be used again in that route.
Depending on the bonus, the skills can cost between 50 to 200 Shadowquill and can be refunded for the full price. Lower cost skills are smaller, but provides passive bonuses such as +8% Anima DMG. Higher cost skills are more impactful, but are almost always limited-use skills you must activate (ie. Team ATK increases by 20% for 60s).
Beyond the Rails Rewards
Whenever you clear a stop, you can receive up to 3 Platform Seals based on if you met the Platform Seal Clear Conditions for that stop. All-Day route rewards do not reset, while Special route rewards reset whenever the mode resets. Every 3 Seals earned gives you rewards:
- Every three Seals in the All-Day route gives you 160 Annulith and 60 Train Log for the first 15 Seals; 80 Train Log for the second 15 Seals. This comes to a total of 1,600 Annulith and 700 Train Log.
- The first 24 seals in the Special Route gives you 75 Annulith every 3 seals. The 27th to the 36th seal milestones grant you 50 Annulith. In total, you can obtain 800 Annulith per reset.
- The Special route grants a total of 840 Train Log and 200,000 Fons.
Train Log are used as currency in the Mode Shop Otherworld Salvage Station.
Additionally in the Special route, after earning 18 seals and continuing with every 3rd seal, you will earn auto-progress in the next Special route. This allows you to skip stations. Earning all 30 seals lets you start the next Special Route at Stop 6.
All-Day Route Stops 1 to 10
The All-Day routes are the first half of Beyond the Rails, consisting of 10 stops that do not reset. These stops all receive the Law of Stacking Blades bonus on every floor.
