Party Boxer is an Object Anomaly resembling a pair of red boxing gloves connected by a string, capable of floating in the air. You can find this Anomaly at the top of a building, northwest of Crystal Mountain Avenue in New Herland District. Once you get near the location, you will receive a warning of Wertheimer Index fluctuation zone, and you can interact with the Party Boxer.

How to Complete the Party Boxer Anomaly Commission

Once you challenge the Anomaly for a fair fight, it will conjure a boxing ring in the middle of the rooftop and a challenge will start. Defeat the Party Boxer within 60 seconds to complete the Anomaly Commission. Note there is no timer so you cannot tell how much times had passed. But if you did not defeat it within the time limit, the challenge will fail and the boxing ring will disappear. You can then talk to the Party Boxer again for a rematch.
