How to Complete Rooftop Boxer Anomaly Commission

Once you challenge the Anomaly for a fair fight, it will conjure a boxing ring in the middle of the rooftop and a challenge will start. Defeat the Rooftop Boxer within 60 seconds to complete the Anomaly Commission. Unfortunately, there is no timer so you cannot tell how much time has passed.
