Prepare for Rain is an Anomaly triggered by Rainman, who disguises themselves as ordinary umbrellas propped up along the streets. You can find this Anomaly in the middle of the basketball court west of Fiscus Avenue in Illusion Town. Once you reach the area, you will receive a warning of Wertheimer Index fluctuation zone and the surrounding area will become darker.

How to Complete Prepare for Rain Anomaly Commission

Approaching the umbrella will lead you into the Rainman's territory — the rain alley — where combat is inenvitable. The only way to complete this Anomaly Commission is to defeat the enemies. There are three Rainmen inside the territory. Note that if you stray too far from the rain alley, the surrounding area will turn back to normal. If so, you have to approach the umbrella to restart the battle all over again.
