How to Complete Whose Leak Is This? Anomaly Commission
The first thing you need to do is tap the floor to 7F on the button inside the lift. It will bring you to a floor, and you need to go to the end of the corridor to pick up the Repair Switch. The view will automatically switch to first-person, so do not worry about the change of perspective.
Go back to the elevator after you pick up the switch, and tap the %2F** button. The elevator will bring you to another floor with almost the same layout, and you have to go to the end of the corridor to answer the call from a ringing phone.
Return to the elevator and choose the !!8F^v^!!! button. The door will not immediately close, and the surrounding areas will also become darker. You have to Force Restart the button multiple times until the door is finally closed. The same should be done when you arrive to another floor, but the elevator door will not open properly.
A blob of black ink will appear on the backside of the elevator, and it will bring you to a specific floor.
At the new floor that is dripping ink everywhere, you need to pick up three elevator buttons. Two of them are on the ground, while the other one is on top of the cabinet to the right side of the corridor. Once you picked up the buttons, go back to the elevator and tap the **100101111* button multiple times.
After the door closes, turn around and you will see that the door on the opposite side is open. Go to the elevator control panel and choose the only option there to close the door.
Once the door is closed, blobs of ink will appear on the elevator door. It will regularly let out long spikes that fill half of the elevator. You need to avoid all of these spikes until it stops and open the door to the final destination.
The last area is inside a bathroom with a sink that is overflowing with black ink. Tighten the faucet and you will complete the Anomaly Commission. You can then use the elevator normally to leave the apartment once and for all.
