About The Restrained
This special W-Engine has the capability to create extreme low temperatures. Its radiator opening was designed with an eerie animal teeth decoration and often drips condensation. After Lycaon's improvements, its rough appearance has become much more refined and elegant, and the opening is now utilized to store envelopes and other keepsakes.
