Roxy's Core Passives
For every 30 Energy consumed, gain 1 [Wind Energy]. [Wind Energy] caps at 3.
When Roxy's initial DEF exceeds 1,500, each point of DEF beyond that increases ATK by 1.4 and Impact by 0.2, up to a maximum increase of 1,000 ATK and 60 Impact;
When CRIT Rate is at or above 65% during combat, Anomaly Buildup Rate increases by 60%; CRIT DMG of other non-[Armorer] Characters in the squad increases by 32%, and CRIT Rate of [Armorer] Characters increases by 16%, lasting until 30s after combat ends.
When another character in your squad is an [Attack] Character or [Armorer] Character:
Roxy's CRIT DMG increases by 10%. This effect scales with character Lv., increasing by 2% per level, up to a maximum increase of 130%;
When any ally hits an enemy, their Daze Vulnerability increases by 30%. When they become Stunned, their Stun duration is extended by 2s;
When an enemy is affected by [Windswept] or [Contamination], the Wind attribute direct DMG and direct attack DMG that triggers [Contamination] attribute dealt to the enemy is additionally increased by 10%.

Basic Attacks
Press
to activate:
Launches up to 3 Strikes forward, dealing Wind DMG.
During the 3rd attack, press
to activate [Basic Attack: Meteor Hammer];
During the 3rd attack, hold
or
to directly activate [EX Special Attack: Riding the Wind].
After the 3rd hit of [Basic Attack], or when [EX Special Attack: Rising Wind] or [EX Special Attack: Riding Wind] ends without any [Wind Energy], automatically activates:
Delivers a powerful Strike downward, dealing Wind DMG.
While on the field, hold
to charge before activation:
Throws a hammer dealing Wind DMG to enemies on the field;
[Wind Eyes] hit by this skill will be detonated, generating a small tornado that continuously tracks enemies and deals Wind DMG;
After using this skill, all other [Wind Eyes] are detonated;
During skill charge, Anti-Interrupt level is increased, continuously gathering [Wind Eyes] on the field;
During the skill's attack, Character is invulnerable.
Triggered when switching to Roxy:
Launches a Strike at enemies ahead, dealing Wind DMG. Can be triggered once every 5s.

Launches a Strike forward, dealing Wind DMG.
Special Attacks

With enough Energy, press
to activate:
Slides forward, dealing Wind DMG.
When [Wind Energy] is available, automatically follows up with [EX Special Attack: Wind Cannon];
When [Wind Energy] is unavailable, automatically follows up with [Basic Attack: Meteor Hammer];
Character is invulnerable during the skill's attack.
With enough energy, hold
to activate:
Roxy generates a tornado. Keep holding
and drag the stick to control the tornado's movement direction. Energy is continuously consumed during this time, dealing Wind DMG to enemies in its path.
The attack stops when Energy is depleted, or when
is released without dragging the stick.
If [Wind Energy] exists after stopping, automatically chains into [EX Special Attack: Wind Cannon].
If [Wind Energy] does not exist, automatically chains into [Basic Attack: Meteor Hammer].
Character is invulnerable during the skill attack.
When [EX Special Attack: Rising Wind] or [EX Special Attack: Riding Wind] ends and [Wind Energy] exists, automatically activates:
Consumes all [Wind Energy] to fire a wind cannon forward, dealing Wind DMG;
This skill consumes 1 [Eye of the Storm], dealing an instance of Wind DMG after the attack, and generates 1 [Eye of the Storm] at the current location;
Character is invulnerable during the skill's attack.
[EX Special Attack: Wind Cannon] Generated after consuming [Wind Energy], lasts 30 seconds;
When hit by [Basic Attack: Cyclone Hammer], it will be destroyed and generate a small tornado that continuously tracks enemies and deals Wind DMG;
[Wind Eye] can be pulled by [Basic Attack: Cyclone Hammer] and the charge phase of [Basic Attack: Cyclone Hammer];
When destroyed by any means, [Wind Eye] deals Wind DMG to nearby enemies.
Chain Attacks
When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:
Unleashes a powerful strike at enemies ahead, dealing massive Wind DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press
to activate:
Unleashes a powerful strike at enemies in front in a large area, dealing massive Wind DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
