Norma is an S-Rank Fire Stun Agent in Zenless Zone Zero. Norma is one of the available members of the External Strategy Department (E.S.D.) Faction alongside Velina, and the faction is part of the Marcel Group in Roscaelifer.
If a Hollow Raider and a Bangboo with the same mass both fell from Roscaelifer at the same time, which one would hit the ground first?

Norma's Core Passives
When initial CRIT Rate exceeds 50%, every additional 1% increases her CRIT DMG by 1.7%, up to a maximum increase of 85%.
When initial CRIT Rate exceeds 50%, every additional 1% increases the Daze dealt by her EX Special Attack, Special Attack, and Ultimate by 0.8% when they hit an enemy, up to a maximum increase of 40%.
Norma gains additional ATK based on her Sheer Force. Every 1 point of Sheer Force increases her ATK by 1.25, up to a maximum increase of 1,200 ATK.
Upon entering the battlefield, Norma immediately gains 60% Preheated Chamber. In Investigation Zone Mode, this effect can trigger once every 180s.
When Preheated Chamber is at least 80%, the next Basic Attack: Hat Trick can trigger a Quick Assist regardless of cooldown, and consumes 80% Preheated Chamber to replace the Quick Assist with a Chain Attack.
When another character in your squad is an Attack or Rupture character, or shares the same Faction:
When Norma, her creations, or Combat Bangboo hit an enemy, they apply 1 stack of Tech Divide. Each stack of Tech Divide increases the target's Stun DMG Multiplier by 3%, stacking up to 10 times. This effect can stack once every 0.5s.
Enemies with Tech Divide stacks have their Stun duration increased by 2s upon becoming Stunned. This Stun duration increase cannot stack with similar effects. When an enemy affected by Tech Divide recovers from Stun, the Tech Divide effect ends.
While En-Nah Barrage is active, Norma's ATK increases by 44. This effect scales with character level, increasing by 14 per level, up to a maximum increase of 870.
While En-Nah Barrage is active, DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 20%.
Norma's Skills
Basic Attacks
Press
to activate:
Performs up to four attacks forward, dealing Fire DMG.
When Norma is the active character and is in combat, she gains 1.5% Preheated Chamber per second.
When Top Hat Companion is on her head, hold
to activate:
After firing, Norma throws out Top Hat Companion, ordering it to unleash a round of aerial fire, dealing Fire DMG and storing the current Preheated Chamber.
When the skill hits an enemy, it triggers the previous character's Quick Assist. This effect can trigger once every 5s.
Once Top Hat Companion has been thrown out, it will accumulate and retain Preheated Chamber at the same speed on behalf of Norma. Norma does not need to stay on the field during this period.
After Norma retrieves the Top Hat Companion, she immediately gains the stored Preheated Chamber.
When holding
, the Top Hat Companion will accelerate toward Norma.
If retrieving the Top Hat Companion would raise Preheated Chamber to 80% or higher, the Top Hat Companion will automatically accelerate toward Norma.
When Norma switches from on field to off field while in combat, if Preheated Chamber is not full, Top Hat Companion automatically enters the battlefield.
Anti-Interrupt level is increased while using this skill.
Dodge Attacks

A quick dash dodge.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.

Spins while firing at nearby enemies, dealing Fire DMG.

during a Perfect Dodge to activate:
Commands the Rumble Drill to continuously drill the target, dealing Fire DMG.

Assist
When the active character is launched, press

Commands the Rumble Drill to continuously attack the target, dealing Fire DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
When the on-field character is about to be attacked, press
to activate:
Parries the enemy's attack, dealing massive Daze.
This skill excels at parrying enemy attacks and reduces the consumption of Assist Points when the character is under intense attacks.

Unleashes a series of attacks, dealing Fire DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
Special Attacks

Operates the turret to fire continuously and launch different types of missiles based on the target's state:
When the primary target is not Stunned, launches an Armor-Piercing Warhead, dealing Fire DMG and inflicting a large amount of Daze.
When the primary target is Stunned, launches a High-Explosive Warhead, dealing greater Fire DMG.
After using this skill, Norma gains 16% Preheated Chamber and enters the En-Nah Barrage state for 32s. While En-Nah Barrage is active, Norma deploys two En-Nah Turrets to join the battle.
Continuing to hold extends the firing time by up to 2s, continuously consuming energy. For each 1 point of energy consumed while holding, Norma gains an additional 0.4% Preheated Chamber, and this round of En-Nah Barrage lasts 0.8s longer, up to a maximum additional duration of 32.00s.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
During battle, En-Nah Turret automatically attacks enemies, dealing Fire DMG.
When any squad member Stuns an enemy, or when Norma consumes Preheated Chamber to trigger a Chain Attack, En-Nah Turret deploys its missile bay for 8s. Repeated triggers reset the duration.
During this time, En-Nah Turrets automatically attack more frequently. When performing automatic attacks, they launch different missiles based on the enemy's state:
When the primary target is not Stunned, launch an Armor-Piercing Warhead, dealing Fire DMG and inflicting a large amount of Daze.
When the primary target is Stunned, launch a High-Explosive Warhead, dealing greater Fire DMG.
Chain Attacks
When a Chain Attack is triggered, select the character to activate:
Commands a swarm of Rumble Drills to deal multiple hits, dealing massive Fire DMG.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press
to activate:
Calls in tactical artillery to bombard enemies ahead, dealing massive Fire DMG.
Upon activation, immediately gains 30% Preheated Chamber.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
Norma's Mindscapes
The duration of the En-Nah Turret's missile bay deployed by EX Special Attack: Explosive Experiment increases to 12s. When an Armor-Piercing Warhead or High-Explosive Warhead from any skill hits an enemy, the target's All-Attribute RES is reduced by 15% for 15s.
The Stun DMG Multiplier granted by each stack of Tech Divide in Norma's Additional Ability: Advantage in Numbers is increased to 6%. When Norma uses Basic Attack: Hat Trick while in combat, she gains 25 Energy. This effect can trigger once every 20s.

When Norma consumes Preheated Chamber to trigger a Chain Attack, both Norma and the corresponding Agent gain 200 Decibels.

After any squad member Stuns an enemy, Norma will continuously summon missiles to bombard random enemies on the field for 6s. A missile is launched every 0.75s, dealing Fire DMG equal to 200% of Norma's ATK to enemies within the area. This DMG is considered Ultimate DMG. Repeated triggers reset the duration. This effect can trigger once every 30s. The Daze inflicted by Armor-Piercing Warhead increases by 30%, and the DMG dealt by High-Explosive Warhead increases by 30%.
